Great steakhouse with excellent food and drinks and a quiet atmosphere. My husband and I ordered the charcuterie board as an appetizer and shared a (perfectly cooked) tomahawk with bone marrow butter, baked potato, and roasted brussel sprouts for our main course. It was far more than enough food for us both, and we ended up taking half home. Prices are on the high end but not outside of our expectations for a nice steakhouse, and I would say the quality of food warrants the price. The staff easily accommodates gluten-free diners as well. They were able to customize our appetizers and entrees and were very knowledgeable about dietary restrictions. Our server came back on a couple of occasions to confirm everything was prepared correctly.

We had a wonderful evening at CUTS. We have family in town from Florida who heard of CUTS and we had to try it. Amazing experience. From the craft cocktails, the food and the service you cannot go wrong. Sebastian was our waiter. He answered all of our questions on the menu, as well as cocktails and was extremely detailed oriented. There were small details that put the experience over the top that are not always there in all locations. Sebastian was amazing and by far the best waiter we have had! We highly recommend the dry aged ribeye, and the Rai Tai as well as the Mai Tai. Excellent service and food. Highly recommend.

Our first time there, drove from Modesto , our Server Chris was great, was very helpful with helping us decide our order , my husband had the ribeye with black truffle butter, garlic mash and asparagus and he loved it, he’s a bit of diva when it comes to food lol very picky , I had the Portabella burger with Brussel sprouts it was delicious, for an appetizer we had the blooming onion it melted in your mouth! Also our cocktails Were on point , Brandon, the bartender went out of his way to visit us at our table and check how our cocktails 🍹 tasted and we had a great conversation with him about Mezcal, again great service on his part! We will be back!

The service was great and so was the food. I ordered the ribeye steak with garlic mashed potatoes and crispy brussel sprouts! For dessert we got the banana foster bread pudding, because I was so full after my meal they packed it to go! So worth it! Will definitely be back!🥰😋

Definitely worth going to! The server was friendly and attended to all of his tables. We ordered the rib eye & a filet mignon. Our steaks tasted amazing. The service, food, drinks & atmosphere are great! We definitely will come back again.

Good food and friendly service! Went on a Friday night and was seated fairly quickly for a party of three. Our server was kind, but the service was incredibly slow, like they forgot about us. The menu is Pricey, but that's expected for most downtown restaurants. Took almost an hour before our order was taken, then another hour to get our food. Tables that arrived after us had gotten their food way before us. Tried the wood fire filet mignon and the pan seared filet mignon, which was much tastier! Loved and highly recommend the Mac and cheese! The banana pudding was not that great, but the brownie a la mode was delicious. The atmosphere was nice, not too loud with a good location downtown difficult to find parking. Would definitely recommend trying this spot at least once and planning to come again for more mac and cheese :)

This was our first time eating at CUTS. The food was perfect also our service was excellent. The dessert was the best I've ever had. ( banana foster bread pudding).

Excellent food! Great steak and a great hamburger! Clean and a Friendly staff. Makes for a wonderful high class meal at a fair price. I usually don’t rave about a hamburger. But they got this burger dialed in! Best hamburger anywhere! Just when I thought I had their best. I took a bite of the home made chili! Wow. !! Home run!
