Mark reached out to me to see if I had any tech needs after a previous job got cancelled when the computer miraculously came back to life. I did have a new need, but was worried the job was too small for him to bother. On the contrary, he came over and assessed the situation, and provided info on what he thought was a better solution. We scheduled the job, and he completed it in under an hour, and charged me less than the initial expected quote. He’s an absolute pleasure to work with, and someone I feel I can trust.
