I can’t say enough good things about this studio- truly the best for yoga and Pilates in the greater Seattle area! The studio is woman owned and you can tell she cares so much about the space. Every one that works here is an absolute joy and so welcoming. Cut and flow is truly my little happy place and I would recommend it to anybody :)
A fabulous strength reformer and yoga studio. The staff are friendly, greeting you each time you walk in and learning your name. The instructors are all highly trained in various fitness and health backgrounds. Some have physical therapy background, or pilates, others have body building or decades of yoga teaching experience so you’re able to always find the right instructor for you. I also love that they offer tons of classes throughout the day so you can always find a time that works for your schedule. Highly recommend Cut and Flow!
I have been going here for a while now and I love it. Staff are always helpful and accommodating. Everyone is so nice and approachable. Teachers get to know you and push you, but take into consideration any bodily limitations that you may have. The studio is always clean. Can’t say enough about the studio :)
I’ve been coming to Cut + Flow studio for the Xformer classes for the last three years. I’m now in my early 40s and have never felt stronger or as confident in my body as I do now after consistently taking Xformer classes. The instructors are so fun and so amazing. I love the community that the studio fosters. I’ve made so many friends here! Couldn’t recommend Cut and Flow Studio more!
Been going for a couple weeks now and really love all of the classes I have taken for both xformer and yoga. I have ways been a yoga so it has felt so good to get back into classes, but I really have loved the challenges in the xformer classes. All the instructors are great at queuing for those that are new. Looking forward to finishing out the first month - which is only $99 for unlimited if you are new! So great!
I have been coming to Cut + Flow for about a year and a half now and I can truly say it has changed the way I view health and fitness. The pilates x-former class helps me work muscles I didn't even know I could work (haha!) From walking in the door each day I am here, I am always immediately greeted by their friendly and welcoming staff who truly are incredible at remembering names. Each instructor is very knowledgable about the physiology of the muscles we are working and they make sure to explain the workouts thoroughly while also being mindful how to do them correctly so that we don't cause any strain on our bodies. They are each out-going and welcoming especially to any new clients. The classes also feel welcoming to all-levels. This studio truly feels like home now and I imagine myself being subscribed for, well, life LOL. Thank you friends at C+F!
Cut + Flow is my favorite place on earth! You get strength from xformer and stretch from yoga. It is the perfect workout studio that meets all of my needs! Greatest studio ever!!!
New to this studio and I was impressed! Everyone was very sweet and welcoming and the space was very super organized and clean. Their attention to details was something I have not seen at other studios. Tried an XFormer class and looking forward to also try their yoga classes.
