We’ve been craving curry & naan, so had to try Weddington/Wesley Chapel’s newest restaurant! The food was everything you want in a cozy Indian meal. With only two of us, we tried a few dishes but there were many on the menu we’d like to come back to try. (Would be a fun spot to share bunch of dishes and try them all.) Everything was very flavorful! We tried Rasila Gobi (my fav), Mango Lassis, Shahi Korma | Chicken, Samosa Chat, and of course the Chili Garlic Naan. The only down side is the atmosphere is a little blah. Would love to see them add some touches that really bring the experience full circle. The food definitely makes up for it though.
The only place you can choose spicy level to india. Level 8-10 is really super tasty /spicy. Nice atmosphere and friendly staffs.
We were finally happy we got an Indian restaurant in wesley chapel. Hpwever, the happiness didnt last long after our first take out order. The food tasted bad and chicken was not fresh. Too much cream in all curries. The chef couldn't even get white rice right. It was clumpy and too soft. Only thing worst than the food, is the rude owner behind the desk.
My friend and I ate here yesterday, and she has spent a significant amount of time in India, and we were both blown away by the food! The atmosphere is lovely. The service was amazing. The gentleman that served us was so sweet! Give this place a try, you will not be disappointed!
Our time at Everest Bistro was great. We arrived hungry, and left after dining on a lavish, delicious meal. We got the Piro Lasune Paneer and Ginger Paneer along with Sel Roti. The paneer was cooked soft enough to be delectable, but the highlight was Sel Roti—a traditional Nepali ring shaped sweet fried dough. We ordered multiple Sel Rotis and thoroughly enjoyed them. The host was quite kind and checked in on us to ensure we were well looked after. It seemed like a pretty good family-run business that thrives on delivering good value to people looking for delicious Nepali food in Charlotte. I highly recommend it and will be back here soon to try more dishes. Parking is available outside.
Went here for my first time today, to celebrate my moms birthday, and absolutely loved it! Everything that touched my tongue was beyond delicious! Incredible flavors and spices! Cute quiet spot for a date night or family dinner. The staff and chef were so kind and helpful we definitely will be going often! Don’t leave without trying the momos!!
Tried Curry Place, as they've just opened this week in Wesley Chapel. We've been to their other restaurant in Matthews many times and are excited to finally have an Indian option nearby. I love the rasila gobi (fried cauliflower appetizer) and the tikka masala flavor! However, the serving size of chicken in the tikka masala was skimpy for the price, as well as overcooked. Plenty of sauce, just not enough chicken in it and the chicken was tough. (The chicken at their other restaurant is the same, so a letdown but not a big surprise.) The biryani portion was very generous, and the vegetable version of the "house special biryani" had 3 times the amount of chicken as my chicken tikka masala - at only $3 more. We tried the rosemary naan as something different and were surprised that it has some sort of orange-marmalade-like jelly all over it, as that wasn't mentioned anywhere on any of the menus. The flavor was good, just not what we expected and definitely not a naan for dipping in your curry. We're really not sure how you're supposed to eat it - it's all sticky so you can't pick it up like regular naan, but it was also pretty chewy so it didn't cut well with a knife. We'll stick to garlic naan next time!
The service was friendly and atmosphere nice. The food was good in quality but I didn't love the taste compared to most other Indian restaurants here and up north. My boyfriend liked it better than most. The gobi Manchurian was very tomato-y which is not what I expect from that dish.

SO. MUCH. YUM. The Greek Salad with chicken. Get into my belly. The staff here is young but so well trained, polite and accommodating. My friend got the mezzo platter and loved it so much. I see why they have multiple locations. Iâm so coming back.
We had a party of 12. We were seated quickly. They took her food and drink orders almost immediately. Everything came out in a timely manner and they managed to get everyone's order correct. All in all I would eat here again.
