Good quick food. No atmosphere inside to speak of. Outdoors in the general area was great, beautiful day, mall had the fountain running. They had the audacity to ask for a tip. Going up to a counter, getting food, seating yourself, cleaning up yourself should not be rewarded as a tip. #notipfornoservice the counter help was nice, no problems to speak of.

My first visit to Cupbop and I had some mixed feelings. The food was good. The Korean fried chicken, and potstickers were yummy. The rice felt like it had been sitting dry for a while. The person working the counter seemed like they didn't want to talk to people. They pointed to the screen from across the store, and told us to order there. Since it was our first time we had questions that I just went to the website to find instead of inconvinencing the worker. Also, the store was a mess. There was trash on the floor, and the counter where the soda machine was sticky with syrup

Wish to give 0 star staff there are very mean they just stand there and ignore you. and you can see even all 3 different orders l get all wrong my family and friends said never eat on this place again. The thing is we didn't know the name of food they should carefully being helpful.

The food was great and the cheese pull was great. But an employee was sweeping with gloves on then she went straight to touching food with washing her hands and putting on new gloves. The is a FDA regulation and it made me uncomfortable.

I ordered the Combo Bop with chicken Katsu and bbq beef. The chicken Katsu doesn’t really taste like Katsu chicken. It has more of a fried breaded chicken flavor. I wasn’t a fan and would not get it again. Everything else was good. Also, their portions are a bit small (in my opinion) I’m a small person and didn’t get full with the meal. I paid roughly $12 for the meal with no drink/dessert.

Staff was really nice. There was no wait to order. I recommend the rock bop level 5 with rice, noodles and veggies. The kdawg was really good too, I got the half and half.

I cannot believe cupbop has become this expensive, a rice bowl, 3 small dumplings and a medium soft drink $17 dollars. You might as well go to the olive garden and get a dinner experience with unlimited salad and soup. This will probably be the last time I come here. The food is good but it is too expensive. On top of that they ask for a tip 😂

Love this location! Staff is friendly, fast & energetic. Food is so good!! Portions are an added plus. Love that you can watch them out your meal together like other eatery’s… It’s also clean and spacious at this location. Great job Cupbop West Valley!
