Excellent lunch at K-Bop! Had a combo bop with vegetables and pork. And tried out their new "K-Dawg". This one was cheese and sausage. You could get different coatings, including corn flakes or fruit cereal. Really well done! Great service. Clean restaurant! Fun art on the ceiling! Definitely worth it!

Fun and comfortable environment. Friendly and joyful staff. Great at educating on options for a yummy meal. They were so fast making our meal, that when I added something at later, they were happy to accomadate. Great to work with! Thank you! Made our difficult day better!

I tried Cupbop years ago at the Soho Food Park in Holladay and tried it again this visit for the second time at their Midvale brick and mortar location. It's not Korean food in the sense of a place like Jang Soo Jang (by Chinatown Supermarket) or any other KBBQ place in the valley. I get that they are catering to more of a broad taste because they need to cater to their local community to make money, but it just isn't good. I ordered the Combo Bop. It came with rice, glass noodles, veggie mix and two choices of protein with a mixture of sauces that has been used so much with many Asian fusion restaurants that it's just overkill. It's usually Sriracha or gochujang mixed with something else like mayo. I chose the BBQ pork and the katsu as my proteins. The rice they use is not quality rice. It wasn't sticky like your variety of any Asian rice you can find at the Asian supermarkets. The rice in combination with the glass noodles water down the bottom of my dish quite a bit. The BBQ pork was not great, but the katsu was delicious. Also, their spiciest level is more like mild spice if you're going to a Thai restaurant. IYKYK. Service was good and the restaurant was well kept for the most part. I thought I'd give it a second try and I walked out with the same reaction as the first time. I just prefer traditional Korean food over Korean-fusion food.

Had the place to ourselves at 5pm on a Monday afternoon! Good vibes, friendly welcome when we walked in and yummy food :) no ramen at this location tho??

My girlfriend and I came here after a busy black Friday and the team greeted us so kindly when we entered. The food was great and the spice level was amazing. The service was actually par to birdie honestly they realized we had a long wait time and gave us free food in order to compensate for our time. What I took away was staff is thoughtful and respectful of you. Atmosphere, it's Korean alright 😁! Overall I would recommend this location highly because of the staff and atmosphere. Definitely give them a shot !

You know Cupbop good. The fried chicken is great. All their noodles are sweet potato. Great portions and tho location is not stingy with the sauce. Parking is tight. Had to walk quite a way from our parking spot. Quick friendly service. No complaints.

I’ve had some bad experiences at another Cupbop location so when my experience today was THE BEST ever today, I had to take a second to submit a review. I went during a lunch break at work. The employee was masked (love it) and so nice. Service was so quick. Everywhere was clean. Then I got my food and she even thought to give me extra sauce!! (Which is something I always need but never think to ask for). The food was AMAZING. Everything top quality. I have food allergies and everything my order was correct. Overall, phenomenal experience. Reminds me why I do love cupbop. Shout out to Karina for making my day.

Y’all please 🙏🏽 stop putting this tiny old pieces of meat on here other than that it’s good but you gotta step the fried pieces up a lot they are old and no meat gross MANAGEMENT FIX THIS I will update when it’s resolved
