Incredible! The absolute best frozen yogurt we’ve had anywhere. The service was so great and everyone working there has a positive attitude. Great selection of flavors and toppings too. You can taste the quality in the froyo. Being the kids, they even serve coffees and espresso. Something for everyone. This place has become a staple to the area, and I’m certain it will be here for a long time serving the community fabulous frozen yogurt.

Wow! Talk about Amazing in a cup! If you want choices, this is your place. Staff is very friendly and, "...If you don't Love it, we will make you one that you will!" Even though the shop is small, there is plenty of sitting and/or lounging space when you enter or in the shop. If you are looking for a dessert that is even "good for you" or feeling a little crazy for something different , then this is a great place to try out! Oh, per the owner, don't forget to bring your baby, she loves to see them!!

My family and I love this little spot. Not only do they have great frozen yogurt, but we usually stop in for their lotus drinks. They even have a skinny menu, which is great when you’re counting calories. My husband and I also love their espresso. We’re seriously hooked customers.

This place is cute, friendly, and delicious! We used to go to menchies (and were very sad when it closed down). CnS may not have as many flavors (but still had a lot), the flavors they do have are delicious! With PLENTY of toppings to choose from. AND add in their awesome drinks (can say we are a huge fan of Nightmare Before Christmas), we're fans for sure! Absolutely recommend!

Absolutely in LOVE with Cup n’ Spoon!! I love the deals they have, especially the $5 fill up on Friday’s. It’s a great start to my weekend and definitely will be my go-to for after work every Friday! The staff are so friendly, the frozen yogurt is delicious, and earning points with your purchases is a nice bonus too. Nothing but amazing things!!!

Best frozen yogurt in town . I love the Friday 5.00 fill ups and Wednesday 1.00 cones . Great atmosphere , very child friendly . Love this place ! Peanut butter yogurt is BOMB delicious !

The best little treat shop around! They are always offering new fun options, and the prices can’t be beat. Best of all, they regularly give back to the community. We are lucky to have this amazing group!

This is a small and friendly shop that has delicious frozen yogurt. Every time I go I enjoy my self there. Customer service is top notch, and the owner is a very friendly person. I’d recommend coming here.
