Good customer service, quick and delicious! I ordered a Medium size Coconut Cream Latte, Omg so delicious! What I loved about it was that it wasn’t strong or too sweet and that it had 2 shots of expresso to wake me up 🤩
Quick service and I love the caramel macchiato... never too sweet or too strong. Drinks are warm but not hot so I can start sipping right away. Haven't had a pastry I don't like. They're most and delish. Only down side is i live so close it's easy to go everyday and feed my addiction 😆 love the hazelnut drip coffee too! No jitters!
I have been going to Cup N Go for about 6 years now. The girls that used to work there were awesome. They knew my drink and we're very friendly giving my 2 year old and 1 year old a cup of almond milk. The drinks are great but as of lately the new staff could use service training and understand the customers want a pleasant interaction and not just a money transaction. They barely acknowledge you and your order, and I didn't get a smile once. So sad to have such a bland experience at what used to be my favorite coffee spot. I will second guess coming here in the future.
I love the coffee at cup n go but lately the staff isn't as friendly and the line takes forever. But today took the cake. I sat there for 15+ minutes at 6am....when they should be open....but no one showed up. I hope management is sending someone out soon.
Would need to try once more before giving 5 stars. I must have gone on a morning the barista was having a BAD day. Not friendly! The car behind me ordering on speaker asked what type of pastries, and she responds that they can see when they get to window. I said, I would actually like to know too. In which she rolled her eyes and said, scones, muffins or breads. Lol. Really? No flavors given? She couldn't show me? I will give them another chance before giving up entirely.
My favorite coffee spot! I go there as much as I can for their iced chai lattes, so delish! And the staff is always so friendly.
