Culver’s - American restaurant in Darien - 541 Plainfield Rd, USA

Vary cool burger and chicken tenders. The concrete was vary delicious and has great customization of toppings. The drive through is very slow which is not optimal but it is still good.

The customer service was good. The franchise seemed a little below other locations throughout the Midwest. The food quality was not as good, compared to other Culver's locations. For example, when you serve a burger, the cheese should be melted and not look like it was just thrown on at the last second. We had 3 different cheeses which all were not melted so it wasn't a specific type of cheese or 1-off.

It's a Culver's, the food is typically good. Employees seemed bewildered during my visit, but they got the job done.

We love going here for the custard treats and we get ours for FREE. How you ask, by donating blood at Vitalant services. They do promotions like give a pint = get a pint. We wanted some gift cards for family event at Xmas and they told us about a special deal. When you spend $40, you get a special basket with burger, fries and drink for FREE. How can you go wrong? Have a great holiday season.

Grabbed a late evening meal and it was great. My wife and I enjoyed the meal. The Atlantic Cod sandwich and the peanut butter mixer were both delicious.

Definitely better than McDonald's and i liked my burger was freshly made. Fries were meh. I will be going back

Horrible, horrible, horrible service!!!! We're not regulars here, but we will NEVER be back!!!!!!!!! We walked in and were greeted by an employee who threw one of the plastic table number cards on the front counter. Meanwhile, he ended up taking our order. And, he didn't say a word! Apparently, "Can I help you", or "thank you" isn't part of his vocabulary. He just looked at us with a cocky smile and scowled. Meanwhile, he was also the one who delivered our food to the table, and intentionally tossed it and dropped it as hard as he could. At that point, I was going to talk to the manager, and my wife stopped me. When I decided to contact the manager to the store via phone, all I got was a message that the mail box was full!!! Meanwhile, I left an email on Culvers website, and, of course, NEVER received a response. Another big joke was the automated response that I received, asking me to email the same link that Never Responded!!! Obviously, Culvers can care less about their patrons, and their food is mediocre at best. And here's a simple point to their employees... If you don't like dealing with the public...DON'T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish I could’ve given this a higher review since I was used to having positive experiences but Culver’s can be a hit or miss. For example today I ordered a kids meal but they forgot about my order and a nice lady realized this after 20 minutes and They just never started my order but did for others. Food was good tasting just very overpriced I got the kids meal and it was 7 dollars for the meal. Their fish sandwich can be good sometimes other times it may make you feel a little sick.
