Culver’s - American restaurant in Destin - 12540 US-98, USA

The lady in front of us had issues and it took. Out ten minutes to place our order because of that. They finally fixed her issues and we ordered a pretty simple meal for two. We got our drinks and our number and sat down. My wife and I were talking for a while when we realized it had been 20 minutes and no food. I kept seeing people in the drive thru stop and get their food and leave. My wife went up to check on our order and the lady was super rude saying it's not ready yet, you probably ordered something complicated and other people ordered something easy. My wife asked again how long it would be and the lady went back to check and found out 0rder sitting there waiting for who knows how long. No apologies or anything just here ya go.

Visiting Destin from the midwest so we know what to expect from Culver’s. We arrived at 8:45p they close at 10p on a Saturday night. I let an employee know that the dispensers were out of ketchup and it was never refilled. Also let her know the restrooms needed a little cleaning and while they did go and pick up the paper towels that were on the floor they didn’t freshen up the rest. Restrooms weren’t filthy or we wouldn’t have eaten here but a little more attention should’ve been given to them. Burgers were delicious and had a nice crust on the edges, cheese curds were good, chicken tenders were bland. As many reviewers have pointed out, the restaurant itself seemed a bit messy and could’ve used a cleaning as well. Staff seemed more interested in talking with each other when not taking orders than finding something to do like cleaning. Culver’s, if you read this, do not send the same “please reach out to us…” I am reaching out, on here, do something about it as I am not the only one. I’m here for another week and would like to give an update. Let’s see how much you care.

I loved Culver's all the time I have tried and I never leave without their frozen custard. The best! This location was open pretty late in winter too and loved the service. Everyone was nice and loved the quality of food too

My husband and I are visiting from Ga. This was our 1st time eating at Culver's. We both had burgers that were freshly cook. The fries and onion rings were very good. We will be here through Friday and definitely plan on returning. Thank you for the great service and delicious food.

Excellent burger. Flavorful, and juicy, and the toppings were nicely proportioned. Fries were crinkle cut and froed perfectly. Fountain drink was the appropriate mix and temperature. I was very satisfied and will visit again.

One of the dirtiest places I have ever eaten at. Employees standing around doing nothing and the manager was the only one working. Burgers were cold and so were the fries. I thought the custard was supposed to be the only cold thing served here! The employee who took our order was not interested at all in helping anyone. Very sad!

Service was average. Atmosphere was decent. Food.... The fish has absolutely no flavor, not the breading, not the meat, the mashed potatoes were decent and the fries are ok. The pricing was very above average for 2 pieces of fish and 2 sides... NO drink...$13
