Culver’s - American restaurant in Aurora - 509 Illinois Rte 59, USA

(Update) After having been promised someone would call, "the next day" - nothing. Days later. Nothing. I re-calculated the final cost, and it is what the person on the phone said I should have paid - 23.82 - is this location skimming each transaction? Can someone please explain the discrepancy? Thank you. Not a trite response but an actual explanation regarding the receipt. (Original Post) I gave this a one star b/c I used coupons, which do not add up, and the person who called me told me I was wrong, had an attitude, and told me she said she is telling me what the computer says. We both agree my sub-total is the same as what my receipt says.. and then after going on and on I tell her what she says is the final price paid on her end is lower than what my receipt says on my end. Then she tells me she doesn't know how the computer (algorithm) creates the final price and that I need to talk to head quarters. I ask for the number and she says she doesn't have it off the top of her head and I should google it. I have been going to this location for years, with the coupons, and if they can't tell me why their end is lower than my receipt, I have a bad feeling I have been skimmed for years and years and years. Here is what my receipt says verbatim, if I am in the wrong, I will delete this post. 1 BOGO... 1 Deluxe 6.79 1 Deluxe 6.79 I French Fries... 6.09 I Value Basket 9.69 ... Sub Total 29.36 $1 off... Sales tax 2.25 Order Total 24.72 Visa 24.72 .... Can anyone (except the person I talked to who wasted my time) explain how the total is 24.72?

Love there Customer Service. The Gentleman that took our order was very Friendly and helpful.

Visiting my family from NYC, where we don’t have Culver’s and decided to try it, very glad I did! Everything was so good, burger was a 10/10 and I loved that there was a large selection of sides and sauces (I got the cheese curds, fries, and pretzel bites, all super good). Great frozen custards too! I’ll return whenever I’m in town seeing my family.

Although we waited for awhile for someone to get to the counter to take the increasing customers orders, once able to take the orders, the cashier was very friendly, he helped me with my child's order bc I wasn't sure about it. The food was really good and fresh. We also didn't need to wait too long for our order.

The food was outstanding and the people in the kitchen were very kind, the employees today went above and beyond! This is the type of service that makes my day

We are visiting our old Culvers on 59. This location is a bit more tired than Naperville, where we’ve been mostly going the last couple of years. The fountain drink area smells like someone vomited. We waited 21 minutes for our food & there are only 6 other tables occupied. We’ve never waited this long for Culvers. We won’t be back to this location. Not sure we’ll have time for the kids scoops. :-/

The food was ok. I've had worked at a Culver's before n missed their tenders. Sadly I was disappointed in my daughters, I got the original and she got the buffalo to split. My tender tasted good but my daughters on the other had had a weird texture to it when I took a bite. My spouse ordered the cod sandwich and he said the cod tasted old as if they used old cod. I know they are suppose to get the meat and fish delivered daily for that "fresh" taste. The cashier was friendly but could speak up a little louder. When given my food it was placed on the table n the bagger, who I believe was the manager, just took the number. An acknowledgement that my order was done would have be nice.

We waited over 15 minutes for our food. Was only two meals. Coke Zero was out and they didn’t have it in the back, poor girl told manager and he said it will have to wait. She looked terrified to talk to him. Very rude
