Culver’s - American restaurant in Jacksonville - 7818 Gate Pkwy, USA

This is my 1st time eating here, The staff was friendly. Welcoming atmosphere. The food taste great, was fresh and cooked to order and we didn't have to wait very long. Didn't really try the desert as planned however, my son had a small custard and it was really good. Highly recommend if in the area.

The food was good. The price was right. The customer service was very friendly. We don't usually dine out while in the home area but we've been here quite a few times on the weekends.

My daughter's school volunteered to serve and greet customers. We had a great time. Thank you to the Principal and the Teachers who made this experience memorable for these students who participated. Shalom 🍾 🙏

Great fast food in the baymeadows area. The best burgers. Chicken and fish. Something for everyone. so good, can't wait to go back. I tried the sourdough melt today and it was very good and my brother had the Culver's single deluxe, also good please see pictures. Gate parkway near the Ikea store so super easy access if you're going down 295 just get off the gate parkway exit.

The food was excellent. There was a manager in his late 20s, thanklessly investing his all to make sure all of his customers were getting everything they ordered. There was a 20-year old employee in a big hurry to get customers away from her. And late-30s and early-40 year old employees that were calm, congenial, and working the front counter, dining room, condiment counter... That one late teen cleaning the dining room was also very personable. I'm telling you! It was such a fascinating dynamic; I could only imagine what the kitchen was like! And I was extremely curious. I'm glad that younger manager has those older women. I'm sure they're a real comfort to have safe, reliable employees that are willing to work, have customer service skills, and the ability to pander to even the most derogatory, demeaning customer with a bad attitude. I love this place! Get a milkshake! To go bench is small and uncomfortable. That elderly couple that had it before me shifted, regularly. I have a big, bubbly bottom; and I could feel the metal frame was very cold, and hard.

I had the new BBQ Smokehouse Pub Burger and it was really good. Had BBQ Sauce, onion rings and cheddar cheese on it. Also ordered the Cheeseburger Bacon Deluxe and it was good along with the coke slaw. Service and food was great.

First time I ever went to a Culver’s, used drive up window around 4 pm. The person on the speaker said their food was always fresh - NOT! I ordered a single patty burger with onion, mustard and mayo - the burger was barely warm and it was as burnt and dry tasting the fries were not even freshly cooked but by drink was ice cold. I should have turned around and returned it but instead washed the patty off and gave to my neighbors dog.

Ordered a deluxe and a curgerburger. The deluxe came out fine. The curger burger has no cheesecurd on it. Just plain burger. Disappointed but I'll live.
