Culver’s - American restaurant in Navarre - 8792 Navarre Pkwy, USA

This is our second time visiting this place) the food is good) fresh meat and buns. Very tasty ice cream. But the service was always slow, despite the fact that we were in an empty room.

The food wasn’t bad at this location, but it is very disorganized. They don’t run it very efficiently. We went here for dinner recently and they brought us our food. We ordered an ice cream and they told us they would bring it out later for us when we were ready so it wouldn’t melt. We went to ask for the ice cream later and they said to go have a seat that they would bring it out for us. Another family was sitting near us who came in after us and the manager came up to talk to them. Apparently they knew them. The family had their meal and they quickly brought their ice cream out for them after. We continued to wait and had to finally get up and ask for it a second time. The girl finally gave us our ice cream and gave us very dirty looks. People were standing by waiting for their food also getting annoyed. They seem like they know what they’re doing at first, but it kinda goes down the drain when they give you poor service. I really love Culver’s, but this location needs some improvement.

Ordered for curbside pick up. Waited a half hour then called the restaurant. Pretty sure they forgot about our order. Custards were melted and curds were cold. They forgot a drink and cheese sauce.

This restaurant is extremely good for a quick sit down lunch or supper and if you prefer a grab & go at the drive thru. Love the Culver Classic double deluxe or the Culver Bacon deluxe French fries or onion rings. But the desserts 🍨 are absolutely a must have.

I love Culver’s, because we have one where I live. The food is always really good, hot, and made to order. There’s always great customer service until visiting from Ga, decided to grab a late night ice cream snack from Culver’s for my family. Their ice cream is always so yummy. BUT today’s visit was much different. After I placed my order at the window. I pulled up to the window to pay and pick up the ice cream, no one opened the window to greet us. The girl that took our order, was leaning up against the window with her back was facing us. I had to get the attention of another employee to tell her to turn around because I saw the sign on the window that stated you can get two bags of ice for $1.89. I just wanted to get her attention to tell her ahead of time before we paid. When she “DEE” (was on her name badge) opened the window and I asked her for the two bags of ice, she rolled her eyes, smacked her lips at me and said “yea hold on” with the rudest tone and closed the window, like I was bothering her… even though she wasn’t doing anything, and wasn’t even helping the other employees…. Just wanted someone to know.

I was in the mood for fish and chips so I checked Culver's menu. Just a few blocks away from me, so I gave their fish a try. They told me up front a 15 minute wait for the kitchen. Okay, don't know why, they weren't busy at all. I paid 24 dollars for 3 piece cod dinner and drink, and bought a milkshake too. The fish was terrible I threw most of it away. Soggy, and not cooked well enough to set the batter. The fries were okay. Milkshake was mediocre, no better than McDonald's. The 1 star is for the friendly staff. The food is waaaaay overpriced, I don't think I'll go back. If you want a 5 dollar milkshake that taste no different than soft serve ice cream, this is your place, just stay away from the fish. It's terrible.

We eat at Culver's every Thursday eve, and have since we moved here over a year ago. It was so good in the beginning, but lately going downhill. Almost every time we order there is a mistake of some kind. Cheese when you didn't order it, no cheese when you ask for it. We always order the mini custards because that calorie count fits okay into our diabetic diets. Numerous times we have received other sizes, not what was ordered, and candy left out. Tonight it was a correct hamburger deluxe with cheese. It was cold and cheese not even melted. It wasn't to good. We ordered large onion rings and received NONE. We ordered mini custards with candy. We both got medium. We are elderly and don't wish to cook. Plus Culver's is just a few blocks away. Regardless we are taking a break. We are plum tired out of continuous mistakes.

Ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with a side of onion rings and an additional side of steamed broccoli. The chicken sandwich was not the greatest actually quite dry. The onion rings were bland and lacked flavor, but the worst of all was the broccoli it smelled and taste like it had been steamed in water that had previously had seafood boiled in it. Honestly disgusting. I would not recommend this place to anyone with taste buds. The service was great and I can't blame them for the recipes or ingredients.
