Culver’s - American restaurant in Antioch - 451 IL-173, USA

Was sold raw meat burgers. The night of October 3rd 2023. Pictures for proof. Didn't notice until I got home, I live across the border so it's a bit of a drive to go back and wait in line to deal with this health hazard to get my money back or a fresh order. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing, I will never buy anything from Culver's again.

I visit this Culver’s nearly every week at with the people of the youth group that I go to the workers here are very generous as they put up with us being kind of loud each and every time that we’re there but we really appreciate the quick service and fantastic food Covers remains my favorite restaurant and this is my favorite establishments to go to great food consistent service and welcoming atmosphere.

Horrible experience this laat time It has been wrong in the past but still gave them another chance. The floor waa slippery like someone splilt grease on the floor. Cleaning them in the middle of the day with a steam cleaning in the dining entrance doea not seem like a smart choice. Try late night not busy makes more sense I almost fell with my cane and I just had a total knee replacement. So they were laughing at me because I was angry that I almost fell I was gonna have the food remade.and I opted for my money back 3 of them standing at the dood window the 3 were talking about me so definitely not gonna trust what comes out .... p.s. dont clean rhe floor during the lunch rush.. we dont all have slip resistant shoes. Oh, and by the way, this was my second time here in 30 mins...Because I came through the drive thru the first time and my order was wrong. A Deluxe Burger apparently now comes with mustard.......WTH it doesn't, but the cook thinks it does. 🤣The french fries had no chili and no cheese wrong. Having to go back in could of cost me another knee surgery.

You will not find a better burger than a Culver's Butter Burger! I can not get enough of Culver's custard either. If you think Andy's frozen custard is good then you really don't know frozen custard and I truly do feel bad for you lol

This Culver’s in Fox Lake is super slow. Waited 10 minutes for dine in and received my order. Didn’t want to wait for another 10-15 minutes. Guy before me also waited 10 minutes for a to go order and said it is always this way. 10 minutes is not too bad but when they mess up the order on top of it!!The Antioch Culver’s is wonderful and very prompt and food comes out hot and correct. Complete waste of time coming here. Side note but the drink it smelled like vomit or nasty garbage wasn’t taken out for awhile.

The employees at the Antioch Culver’s are the best! They friendly, helpful, and polite . Had the cod dinner. It was excellent. Thank you to all the Staff.

The service was fast. The people that work there are very polite. Their costumer service is fantastic. During this crazy time, we need to support our local restaurants and support the workers that do a fantastic job.

073023 @ 4:30pm. We ordered 2 salads and ranch dressings at the drive thru. Pulled over to wait. A nice young man came out. I tipped him. I should have checked the order what with today's work force. But I did not. There were no ranch dressings at all! How difficult has it become for restaurants and workers to double check or get an order correct. Prices are going up and the service is not.
