Culver’s - American restaurant in Centennial - 10440 E Arapahoe Rd, USA

This was the absolute worst hamburger I have had in 20 years. It has also ruined my confidence in Culver’s for the future. I drive 9 miles to this location because I like it better than the one in Parker. I went through the drive through and ordered and then went behind the building to wait for the food to be brought out. There was only one other car there. I wanted approximately 12 minutes for my food and then parked across the street to eat. I thought I was waiting for them to make my food fresh but that is a scam they play because this double butter burger with cheese was cooked over an hour ago. It was hard and smashed flat with crispy edges like a Freddy’s burger. It had set on the grill for so long that it was hard and didn’t even look like meat (see pictures). It is discouraging that not very long ago I paid approximately $9.00 for this combo and now it’s $12.00. On top of that you used to get a sauce with no problem. Now when you ask for one you get a strange look and they charge you for it. Sorry Culver’s you used to be one of the good ones but I will not risk it again.

My family's experience here was horrible. This store is not living up to Culver's standards. After ordering our meals, we were given an order number for our table. Our meals never came. After about 20 minutes, I found our meals abandoned on trays at the front counter. No employee brought our food to our table. No employee called out our order number so we could retrieve it. There were at least 6 visible employees behind the counter. There was no shortage of staff. Our food was dry, overcooked, and cold. The only exception was the cheese curds because the staff forgot to make them so they were hot after I had to ask for them. While ordering our meals, we were told that the store had run out of frozen custard. All I saw was an employee cleaning the custard machine. I wasn't convinced that they "ran out" of custard. I witnessed multiple groups turned away due to no frozen custard. Overall, it was an absolute terrible experience. My recommendation is to either close this store or replace whoever is managing it.

Cheese curds and custards are amazing here! That's all I've had, and 10 out of 10 highly recommend the cheese curds! Sorry, only got one picture :'/

Everything is very salty. The fries have salt crystals. Yuck. Went there with my family last weekend and I complained about the fries, only to get new fries more salty. Very upsetting. Asked for three ice creams and only one was prepared well. The other two were plain. It felt like racism. I did not complain more because I was already upset.

We love Culver's but this is the third time we have orders from this location and it takes forever to get our food. I understand that they may be short handed but management should step up and help bring our orders. The same person who took our order and money at the window was the person who brought us our food in the drive thru.

We stopped at Culver's for a quick "fish and chips" nosh. The wait staff was great and the fried cod was pretty good! For a quick dinner after a busy day, we liked it!

Came to this location for dinner one night, ordered a 8 piece tender, they come out with only four. So when I let the guy know he said okay let me go get the rest of that food for you. Instead comes back and tells me the general manager says we only charged you for a four piece so you'll have to go back through drive thru to order the other four. What happened to owning your mistakes? I was more than willing to pay for the 8 piece tenders but why should I waste more time because they didn't bother getting my order right the first time? They also failed to give me a receipt to show that they only charged me for the four piece. Horrible manager, how about you make it right or have the balls to come outside in the cold to tell the customer that yourself!

I do not recommend this location. I ordered three kids meals, and was only given two of them. When I asked if I could have the third kids meal, I was told that the kitchen made it And even though I didn’t receive it, that was not their problem. They then proceeded to go through the food that they had already given me, Which prompted me to ask if they would like to search my car also. I have never received such treatment before especially over a seven dollar kids meal. I will never return to this location, and I highly suggest you do not either because they will blame you for their own mistakes. When I spoke with the owner, Leslie, she told me, “I would be surprised about the number of people who lie about stuff” and offered nothing to reconcile the situation.
