First time at this Culver’s and it was a great experience. The service was great and the food was good as well. They handle a super busy time very well.
This Culver's is just great. The associates are always friendly. They have gotten my order right literally every time, and that says a lot. While you do have to pull up and wait for your food, the service is fast.
They messed up the order...
My peanut butter custard was almost plain custard. The grand babies were shorted milk until halfway into the meal, there was several tables needing cleaned and the bathroom was disgusting.
I used to love this location but it was not a good meal or experience.
Food is decent for a fast food place. Just check your order before you leave. They're not great at getting it right.
My double butterburger was perfect! Patties were thin and a perfect amount of crispy around the edges.
The staff there are so great I always leave thinking about how they are either great at choosing staff or training staff or both and how good attitudes or bad seem permeate top down and Culvers may have great leadership because the staff are also great. Maybe I've over thought it but the staff in this store had caused me to think about these things. LOL
The food has usually been good but anytime i order from the drive thru or online they mess up the order. I quit going for a while and today I decided to give them another try. Well, they messed up our online order. The ticket was all correct but our deluxe burger was only ketchup and mustard, they forgot my coleslaw and sauces on my fish platter. I didn't check the bag before i left because i saw the receipt was correct so I thought "how could they mess it up" They did anyway.
Ordered a salad, payed for the salad but wasn't given the salad. Drove away and got home before I realized it. It's happened a few times. Check your items otherwise the food is solid here
