Culver’s - American restaurant in Allendale - 5128 Lake Michigan Dr, USA

It was good! The people were decent, the tables were a little dirty and sticky. We did let them know and still no one came out and cleaned it. The table we sat at on the ledge there was a pile of pop that had gone down towards us and my son had put a napkin down and tried to clean it but was just too much.

I ordered a fish sandwich at a burger place and wasn't disappointed at it. It was good fries were good and I love a good fry. Would definitely stop again. It's better than most drive thru food services.

I usually use the drive thru but tonight I went inside to order dinner. I walked in (the only customer up front to order) and stood near the counter not sure which register they wanted me at. I noticed many employees and they just ignored me. Finally a kid went to a register, put both hands on the counter, opened his eye real wide and just stared at me. Not a single word came out of his mouth and that is no exaggeration. I ordered my food and he turned around and started joking with coworkers. Awful customer service.

I went here around 2:00 P.M. today, and after i ate and got home, i noticed i was starting to feel kind of sick. I took a nap directly after, and i woke up from my nap, went to the bathroom, and proceeded to projectile vomit 6 times. Very disappointing because they market on making food fresh for customers, and i contracted food poisoning from it. ON TOP of that, the staff working the register was far less than pleasant. Very dissatisfied.

The food was good but today was the second time they have forgotten my ice cream..

Absolute worst Culvers. They mess up your order then try to have you eat cold food. Never will go there again. POS MF's

Order a double scoop of a flavor of the day through the drive thru. They gave me the same amount as a one scoop. Asked the guy if it was a double and he insured me that it was.. When I’ve had doubles before a got way more.
