This culver's has a easy on off interstate location. The staff are very friendly and happy. Restaurant in bathrooms are very clean. The service was quick in the food respect to my liking. Nice modern interior. I will definitely stop again the next time I come back through this area..
Walked in, greeted instantly. Order taken within seconds. Food within minutes. Even after we got our food. We were asked at our table how everything is. If we needed anything else. And, said good bye as we left!! Will visit again if ever in the area!!
Good customer service and friendly staff. The food is always fresh. The only down side is the price of the food, but it is good quality food so it is usually worth the price. The large size onion rings has been getting smaller in size over the last few months with fewer in the order.
When it first opened, the food quality was great. Recently, the burgers have been extremely dry and salty. The buns have been burned and even half of the bun has been forgotten during one experience there. They have gluten free options so it’s one of the only places my husband can eat at in Chelsea for fast food so it’s a shame.
I have gone in there a few times now and I have seen this nice young lady I believe her name tag says Danielle she always has such great customer service and makes me feel so welcome at my local Culver’s. I recommend this location to everyone if they are craving some delicious, hot, and fast food.
Butter burger with all the fixings is a 10/10. Frozen Custard is a dream on a spoon. One of 2 "fast food places that doesn't send me to the bathroom immediately despite myself being lactose intolerant. Calm enough to hold a quiet game of magic the gathering in the corner.
yup, clearly one of the better run franchises. They manage the line well and always get you good food as fast as possible. And with an extra dose of Midwest politeness.
And here I thought fast food was extruded slop served by ungrateful burnouts. This place is the bomb and everyone I've talked to for lunches while painting in the area, seems to be a sincerely positive person. Wishing you all promotions and success for your efforts!! ❤️

This place is amazing, for adults and children. Lots to do and VERY handicapped accessible!! They offer a track chair for trails if you call ahead. For free! Beautiful area. Lots of diverse plant and wildlife.
