Went for a quick meal, but quickly found out in the drive thru after you order then pay they put a sticky note on your rear view mirror and have you pull forward, I have been to other culvers and never had this happen, are they trying to trick cooperate into thinking there drive thru times are fast? Had to wait 10 min after paying it was at 8:30 on a Tuesdays, they were not that busy, not to mention I got a Swiss mushroom burger meal with a banana shake and it was $15.01... Pricey. but they were very friendly and the shake and burger where awesome.
You can't go wrong with Culver's. Who doesn't like a Butter Burger. The cheese curds and frozen custard are delicious as well. Always clean and great customer service. One of my favorite fast food places that doesn't feel like fast food because the quality is so good.
Ice cream ('frozen custard') is great. Crinkle cut fries were cooked to perfection and tasted great too. Skinny burgers not quite as pictured, but flavor was good.
I called about my flat soda and was told the only way we know if it's flat is if someone tells us. What about making it right and offering to replace their undrinkable garbage with a fresh drink? Not their training coordinator! What about the applesauce I did not receive with kids meal? I don't feed the baby French fries. No offer to replace them either! And the potential deadly mistake giving me SWEET tea when I clearly said UNSWEETENED tea. I have Type 1 diabetes! So I was told thank you for your feedback! Culvers is great! BUT not this one!!!!!
I love this location and will purposely go out of my way to go to this one!! The workers are always friendly, the orders are always right and I love the seating area outside.
Good burgers. Much better than most fast food joints. Fast service too. Place was super clean and employees were pleasant. Didn't like the upcharge from fries to onion rings though. Really?
Food was made to order and came out fast and accurate. With Culver's you usually do need to wait an extra minute or two to get your food. Well worth it. Good.location
Talked to Alex at the driver thru around 10pm as he was taking my order. Our conversation started with a simple “how are you?” and ended up leading to a really engaging and friendly conversation. We talked for several minutes since no one was behind me and his positive energy made my day. It’s the little things like that make all the difference. Would go back just to talk with him again.
