Culver’s - American restaurant in Green Bay - 2945 Voyager Dr, USA

We ordered two small ice creams, and two small concrete mixers and were asked to pull forward. We waited 25 minutes for them to bring our ice creams out while about 8 cars that were behind us got their food and ice cream first and pulled away. We get the ice cream and get home (4 minute drive) and I pick the ice cream off the seat of the car to bring into the house and its melted ALL over my seat. They served it to me in a broken glass! Not only that but it was completely liquid by the time we tried any of it. Definitely avoid this location if possible.

3 stars just because the crew was friendly and fast (shoutout to Gio!) Every year I make a pilgrimage back to WI and find a Culver's along the way. The last two times I have been disappointed by the once great Pub Burger. It's so dry, but this was somewhat better than last year's. The only attraction to the Pub Burger is the sauce, so where is it? The Concrete Mixer and chili were good. Update: 11,000 people saw last year's burger, so I added a picture of this burger for your viewing pleasure.

Got take out custard of a flavor I like. Only a little bit of the flavoring was found on to. A few choc chips and some Carmel. The rest was just choc and vanilla custard. A bummer.

Great for quick meal while on the road. Their food is great, but their packaging does not always "work" when eating in the car. ContIaners should have tops that more easily detach.

Had a deluxe burger with fries cooked to perfection. The place was extremely busy and still out performed my expectations. Workers moving quickly and safely to get people their orders. Hard working crew here. Keep it up!

Took 50 minutes to get cold food that wasn’t accurate to my order and the coupon I brought to use wasn’t even applied to the transaction. I notified a member of staff and was brushed off that the food was correct, I just needed to check it. I will not be returning to this franchise location. Too bad since it’s conveniently located close to my home. Guess we’ll have to try one in de pere or ashwaubenon.

Ordered a combo meal, received cold food with a half cup of soda. Filled out the survey and provided number on receipt, received an email from manager asking for a receipt. Been 3 weeks now and she is still searching for my order. Very poor food quality and poor customer service!

Really disappointed with this Culver’s (a sentence I never thought I’d say) we have issues most times when we come to this restaurant, but this time takes the cake. Ordered through the drive through, waited awhile (which I understand it’s dinner time and you’re busy). I opened the bag to check and make sure enough items were there.(because almost always we are missing something) But I didn’t think to check INSIDE the box. We get home and there was no chicken on my husbands chicken sandwich. We call, they say they will remake it and also give an additional fresh french fry since the original got cold while he drove back to the store. The manager says they will remake the sandwich, french fry, and give him a coupon for a free meal. Guess what we didn’t get? The French fry, the coupon, and of course the sandwich was made wrong. At least this time there was chicken on it. I called to let them know, and they didn’t pick up. From now on we’ll drive farther to a different Culver’s. (I asked my husband why he didn’t check the bag for it… he said “I didn’t think they’d mess up the mess up”)
