Culver’s - American restaurant in Three Rivers - 610 US-131, USA

We took one of my sisters out to lunch and Culver's doesn't disappoint. I see why they have long lines. I ordered the meatloaf dish, my sister and husband ordered burgers. My meatloaf was very tender and potatoes were very good with the gravy and broccoli. Hubs and sister said their meal was very good too. The staff was nice and polite. The restaurant was clean as well as the restrooms. We will definitely go back. ❤😁

Something’s going on here I don’t usually have issues like this here but. People are starting to not care or someone was just hired from McDonald’s since the Burger looks like it was made at McDonald’s. Cheese was put on cold patties and not even melted. I’ll microwave the patties I guess. What a shame.

Ice cream is good they make you wait with a number outside your window almost every time. Busy spot in the drive thru but the ice cream is always delicious and worth the wait. I just start wiping off my car if I wait too long. Multitasking.

Per owners request, I am sharing details: My wife loves Culvers because they have a gluten free bun available. We so we stopped in on our way home from Three Rivers. I ordered a Pub Burger (because it looked so good in the pic) and Onion Rings. My first bite had a strong burnt flavor that did not let up. I opened the sandwich and one side of the bottom patty was charred far too long. I thought I could make it through the sandwich but that is when the grease started to leave the burger and drip into my tray. I squeezed the buns together and the grease literally ran out. I took the sandwich back up and this is where the great service began... The assistant manager quickly saw the sandwich and discarded it. He promptly offered me a new burger. When I told him I lost my taste for a new burger, he understood and suggested a crispy chicken. I accepted, but could not eat it all because I had lost my appetite.

For some reason whoever is making the burgers decided that they actually worked at McDonald’s. I asked for a cuvers deluxe and received a McDonald’s quarter pounder. Annoying.

The one in Three Rivers Michigan is so awesome. Clean. Happy worker's. Food is the best. Fresh. Friendly clean. Bathrooms are even clean. Parking lot is clean. Give them a 10 star.

I've never had a bad experience at any Culver's I've been to, and this location was no exception, the young individual taking my order was so professional, the restaurant both front and what I could see of the back looked very clean, I seen an amazing crew who all looked liked they enjoyed the work they were doing. I can't wait for us to get a location out here in Staunton Virginia.

Food is great, however no matter when we go there, there can be literally no one else in the store and we can see all 5 employees with our eyes but it will take 30 minutes to get anything done at all i have gone in with a gentleman already standing there when i enter there was a problem with his burger he is a single male so is a single hamburger, not only did they take almost 40 minutes to serve our food(we and the gentleman are the only people there) we were given our food before they fixed the other mans problem so when I walked out that gentleman was still waiting for his single hamburger
