I ordered a butter burger with cheese. The Burger was burnt to a crisp. Cheese was not melted. One little dab ketchup. Very disappointed. I've been to other Culver's and enjoyed the food. However my dog enjoyed it.
Another nice experience, always a go to! Had great shrimp and fish along with fries and coleslaw. This time took a little time but that is expected on a BUSY Friday and fish order takes a bit of time.
Been craving Culver's after having covid. Excellent butter bacon burger an onion rings. Great service with staff an food
I gave 3 stars only for taste. When first opened, they were on the ball. The food and custard was perfect. I’m seeing a downward trend now..very disappointing. Beware, some staff will automatically charge you a double burger if you don’t specify single…shady tactics…like who does that??!! The concrete mixers have less toppings and barely mixed now. And the sundaes are thrown together. First pic is how is once was, the other is an example of what it is now. More training and monitoring is needed for this location.
I hate to leave a review that's not stellar, but I feel I should as perhaps leadership can train their staff to do the right thing when things aren't right. We stopped in for a quick bite after mass and were eager for Culver's. Our order was taken by a very nice young woman and that's the highlight of the visit. The food took a while on a not so busy 11am Sunday, but it was good. It was the dessert we ordered afterwards that they wouldn't make right. After our good meal, we ordered a concrete mixer with the flavor of the day, and it took 10 minutes to arrive. When it arrived, it was water, and the nice server who delivered it apologized, bringing us a straw. We tried to enjoy it, but it just wasn't right. We went up to the counter with the full, hardly eaten dessert and asked if we could get something else. The person that appeared to be the counter lead looked at his screen, came back, and said there was nothing he could do. My response was, well I guess I can leave this ice cream here and not come back. This is a teachable moment for the staff, it costs about 75 cents in profitable custard to simply smile and make someone's order right. In doing so, I'd leave an amazing review instead of this one. Please empower and trust your staff to make decisions like this so that when they too become business owners they will succeed.
The wait was long, food was ok, cost for two adult meals and a child's meal was $35. Cheese curds were good when hot, fries were not as good as McDonalds or Wendy's. Burger was tasteful but not as good as Wendys, tomato was NOT ripe and they advertise ripe tomatoes. Lemonade was very watered down and when I pointed it out to the person who brought our food out, he said thanks for letting me know, but didn't offer to change it out for one that was full strength. The one thing that was pretty good was the concrete mixer, we choose Andes Mints and chocolate custard, the mints were chunky and well distributed throughout the flurry and very plentiful. Overall, I think we will skip Culver's and go to Wendy's.
I was very happy to see a Culver's opening in South Lyon, it's nice to have another choice. My dog and I went today for the first time and we had a very good experience, with one exception. First, the customer service person at the drive-thru was super nice and quick... and we got a pup cup! Which always makes me love a place more. I got the chicken tenders for my dog (yes he's very spoiled) and honestly was expecting nugget size, they were huge tenders (he only got two, we'll save the other two for another day)! The cheese curds are the main reason that I love Culver's and they did not disappoint. YUM! The wait wasn't too long and the delivery person was very nice. Now for the one exception.... when I got home, my crispy chicken sandwich had no top bun! I was like .... whaaa?? I guess someone was in a hurry and grabbed the box before the prep person could put the top bun on... oops! Oh well, luckily for me I was going home to eat and I just grabbed a bun and some mayo from my fridge. (Picture of dog attached, passed out after his amazing lunch!)
This is the worst Culver's we have been to. The burgers are so thin and overcooked. They often mess up my order. However, many of the staff are SUPER nice and energetic.
I've been here many times and love the cozy vibe in basement! The place always smells great and is very clean. The staff and owners are incredibly courteous. I've been able to sample different varieties before purchasing a glass...including the bubbl
Great in every way. Course is fantastic, great layout and very well kept, carts are equipped with a gps monitor, canât ask for more. Staff is insanely nice. Mark, the guy working in the pro shop, walked me to my cart and explained where everything
MY WIFE & I visited the South Lyon Hotel and rediscovered how Great it is! WE were able to experience the upstairs area. The food was great with ample servings, the drinks were great, and the service was superb. I even met Santa there and was able to
