This review is mainly for how they treat people for interviews!!
I had applied for a position at this location and within a week I got an invitation to interview at 3:30pm on a Wednesday (1/24/2024).
I arrived at 3:10p, asked for a manager about my interview (No one came out) and literally within 5 minutes of being there received a cancellation notice WHILE I WAS THERE!!
I then left to head to another interview then called back asking to speak to a manager. I ended up speaking with the manager KYLE and he stated that they showed no interviews on the chart for that day or time then said no one came in for an interview that day.
I then asked if I could still come in for an interview. He continued to insist that there was no time logged in for me then placed me on a long hold.
Kyle then told me that I could come in any day of the weekday between the hours of 2p-5p and ask for any of the managers for an open interview.
To my surprise, I come in the following day (1/25/2024) a bit before 2pm and was told that there were no interviews and that there’s nothing on the schedule for me to interview. Please note that Kyle never came out to speak to me. Another employee relayed all the messages.
Why have postings for a position at this location, invite me out for an interview then slam the door in my face twice??
Was the decision based upon race or age? I definitely won’t be applying to anymore Culver’s or recommending anyone I know to apply.
On 1/21/2024 at 8:03 PM, I had the pleasure of giving my drive thru order to Rachel. She sounded so positive and enthusiastic. She described what came on the burger to confirm that’s what we wanted, asked if we had coupons and made the experience a pleasant one. I wish the entire staff could be like her. I will definitely return.
It's Culver's! Love this fast food chain but the workers here, no matter how busy they are, are nice and give us great customer service. Food as always is amazing I just wish that it was a little closer to the city or even if there were another nearby as I'd go much more often (it would be a problem). Love the flavor of the day and a classic cheese curd!

Wish we could have stayed longer! I was picking up my friend from the airport in detroit, and this Culver's was one of the few restaurants still open. We had to grade some poetry for a competition, so the Culver's employees let us get some ice cream and sit and grade The poetry while they were cleaning up. Really appreciate it! Wish we could have stayed in Detroit longer to sit in this Culver's and try it out more. We're from Lansing, MI!
Spent 52 minutes getting a simple two burger combo. The place is 8 minutes from home. I spent 36 minutes dealing with multiple mistakes. They took my order wrong, then when correcting it they removed items from the original order. I cannot imagine struggling so much with a simple burger, life must be very difficult for everyone who couldn't handle such a simple sequence of tasks.
I really liked this place for a few months, was new to culvers, it's funny getting the same exact order recorded as 3 separate costs by two locations. Is it $18, is it $20, is it $23; nobody knows, definitely not all these culvers peeps.
Going to stick with the Ford road location, they can make a veggie burger without turning it into a deluxe beef burger or asking about bacon toppings... and handle ordering one single time instead of 3 and getting it wrong after the 3. Retirement is a thing... for the while planet besides the pathetic americans who don't even demand government-given holidays lol.
Can't go wrong stopping into Culver's! The wife and I pulled off the freeway to stop in. As always the food was delicious however the Staff was out of this world nice. Friendly staff from cashier to the people brining you the food. If you are around here I'd stop in.
I am beyond upset about this lemon ice they gave me! I told them it was too runny and asked them to remake it, and all he did was go dump half of my drink out! I come here too often to get this kind of service!
This has to be hands down one of the best restaurants Iâve been to in a long time! Not only do they have a Veterans discount everyday, which is wonderful, their food is amazing! They also have great happy hour specials and possibly the best fried p
Really nice metro park. It's really a hidden gem. Great campground areas, lots of hiking and biking trails, picnic areas galore. Every place is scenic with all of the trees and tucked-away rest areas to take in all of the outstanding views. The park
Tom and Steve provided OUTSTANDING shuttle service. They made sure I and others made it to the airport in a timely fashion. They were very sociable during the ride. Both of them made it feel like I and everyone else was traveling together

Ordered the Cajun fries with a spinach omelet. Haley was very sweet and attentive! The food here is good and the restaurant is very clean. Gave me some time to relax before my flight. 10/10 ;)
