This is my 3rd time at the location in 2 months. Everything is always mediocre. Never a real Culver's experience. Especially being from WI and experiencing the Snellville location. The food is cook through, but the buns are always smashed so flat like a pancake, meat seasoning is either too much or not enough. The whole point of the butter burger is the bun! The onion rings look as if they have been sitting all day. Today the fries were actually fresh. I will say whoever made the custard today needs to continue to make it. Any other time it's runny. But I rather eat McDonald's than to return to this specific location. Dinning room is always clean, customer service is always up to par. I wish the food quality really gave Culver's.
Omg the food we received today was incredibly salty and expired.. we couldn’t even finish eating our food because it was just that salty. That’s when we attempted to use the ketchup to help ease how salty the food was just to open the ketchup and notice the color of it and how it smelled and taste. The ketchup had expired months ago 🤦🏽♀️

I went up there for first time because there was no cookie dough.
Then I asked about Carmel and chocolate but they said it was there and I looked and could not locate it.
Note these 2 ice creams were ordered same time one by me and one by my son. So it’s not like they were different times of day.
This location is very poorly run and I have been to probably over 10 locations all the way back to original in WI as this is my wife’s favorite location but she agrees we will not return to this location.
Not to mention cold fries.
Great staff, very polite, friendly & helpful both on arrival and exiting! The adults had the signature butter burger & kids had chicken fingers all came with fries and the kids meals got icecream for dessert too. Our food was delivered hot & tasty promptly. Great service & food will bring us back!
Stop in for a burger with gluten free bun. All in all, it was pretty good. I would have liked a little bit more seasoning on my burger. My chocolate shake was a tad sweet, but I would revisit if the mood hits. Customer service was good
Two stars because this was literally right next to the storage place we were at and hungry.
With that said, both of our burgers we could see light coming through the patties.
Did they cut the meat in half?
Comically enough they have a message display tv in the dining room showing all of its customers how the burgers are cooked.
Our burger looked nothing like what’s advertised.
Do better Culver’s of Mall of Georgia.
This is a very friendly, upbeat place. The staff is very welcoming. The restaurant is very clean. The atmosphere is good, upbeat, yet relaxing. I got the burger and fries here. The food tasted very fresh. The food was hot. This is definitely a good place to bring family or to meet up with friends.
It was my first time here, and I had an excellent experience. The staff members in this Culver's are so polite and friendly. As soon I stepped into the restaurant, I had a great welcome. The food came out so quickly and was freshly made. Overall, the service was outstanding, and I highly recommend this Culver's. It is by far the best one I went to!!!!!

I came here with my family and really enjoyed the laid back atmosphere and lake views. Had Jada as a server and she brought our drinks out super fast and made sure we were well taken care of. Will be recommending to friends!
