Culver’s - American restaurant in Madison - 4301 E Towne Blvd, USA

The French fries are hot and luscious, perfect combo of golden brown outside and flaky potato wholesomeness inside. Always fresh and real potato flavor, not greasy ever. Easily digested and not a heavy feel after consumption, only a deep satisfying experience. Lots of ketchup from their dispensers helps make these fries one of the tastiest and flavorful sensations to be found in most restaurants offering American favorites. The custard is some of the best the world has to offer. Creamy and delicious, smooth and refreshing, it slowly melts in your mouth and cools you going down. On a hot day there's nothing better than their custard to cool you down and make you feel better. Their wafer and cookie cones are an extra delicious dessert treat to already delightful custard, their crunch and body adding a fresh take on the custard main taste event. Even just a scoop of custard in a cup, plain and simple is great. Even better, a scoop of chocolate AND one scoop of vanilla can satisfy any custard aficionado, allowing them to satisfy that certain craving only Culver's custard can fulfill adequately.

Awesome! I’ve been to a lot of Culver’s locations, but this one has had the best service by far. I was very excited to see that pretzel bites were back, so I had to swipe some of those up. If you’re on the fence about trying them, do it! They have a nice crunch on the outside and are super soft on the inside. The cheese sauce is also to-die-for. Since I’m vegetarian, my meal options are limited, but the veggie burger doesn’t disappoint! Super yummy and piled high with toppings, I usually like to get it with ketchup and mustard as well (and sometimes mushrooms, even though I’m pretty sure there’s already mushrooms in the patty lol) It isn’t trying to be meat though, so i wouldn’t suggest getting it if you’re expecting an impossible or beyond burger. My boyfriend got the double bacon butter burger and thoroughly enjoyed it. He always asks for his burgers without cheese and most places add it anyways, but they got it right here which was much appreciated! The service was prompt to the point of a very large line being filtered through in the matter of a few minutes. The worker that brought our food to us was very polite and even stood outside in the rain just to list off our (quite substantial) order and make sure we got everything we asked for. Really went above and beyond!

The burgers on this Sunday evening were sloppy, but ok. My cheese curds came out super late, after I finished eating the rest of my meal. I can't even say that it was busy. They did however give us two free scoops of custard for the inconvenience. Then the custard was gritty and full of ice crystals, so whoever was in charge of making the custard today wast doing something wrong. Most Culver's locations would get a five out five so getting a 3 is pretty bad.

I've been to Culver's plenty of times and have never been disappointed...until today. I ordered a single patty butter burger with everything but mayo and with American cheese. But I was served a double patty with only lettuce, Swiss cheese, and no mustard, ketchup, or pickle. I didn't feel like complaining (I guess except for hear) and just threw it away after 2 bites. The raspberry chocolate shake was amazing tho!

The attitude of the woman at the counter was terrible. I waited patiently for someone to take my order. The woman at the counter was washing trays and looked busy so I figured she wasn't the one doing the ordering. After about a minute she asked if I was going to order anything which I did, but her rude attitude and the way she spoke was so unprofessional. It was as if she was scolding me like a child for not knowing to order with her. The service was fast and the one who gave me my food was nice. The food itself was okay. It was not as good as I remember it being in the past and it wasn't worth the price. This was back in April 2023 and I will probably never return to Culvers. The whole experience will stay in my mind whenever I think of Culvers and make me think twice if it's worth eating there. This used to be my favorite restaurant too which is disappointing.

This particular location has always been rock solid. Been visiting it for over 10 years and I've never received an incorrect order. Not once. Made to order meals, decent prices, good service.

This Culver's is kept very clean. The food came quickly and the workers are nice. I just like to really note that the workers seem chipper and kind. My visit was on April 8th at 8:30 p.m.

It's always such a treat to go to Culver's. They have so many tasty things to try, whether it's for a meal, snack, beverage, or a dessert. The dining atmosphere is cozy for a "fast food" restaurant.
