Culver’s - American restaurant in Caledonia - 6697 Broadmoor Ave SE, USA

Not really my kind of atmosphere (maybe because of the location) but the food is great everytime. I really appreciate the fact that their spicy chicken is actually a SPICY chicken for once. The cheese curds are always tasty with marinara and honey mustard if you so like. Fountain soda is never flat! Miracle now a days I swear. Over all solid 6.8-7 out of 10 restaurant

I've only been to a Culver's once before 8 years ago. I was super impressed with the staff, the cleanliness, the prices, again the staff!!! The Atmosphere I gave a 3 because as far as how the place is set up, the decor, it's very clean which is great, however, it is just kinda basic in my opinion. There's really nothing about it that stands out about it. The staff, on the other hand, are fantastic and all stand out! From the time you are walking up from the parking lot to when you are leaving the establishment, they are all extremely friendly and attentive. And Culver's prices as well as their portion sizes are very reasonable. It cost under $25.00 two specialty salads and a side of cheese curds. I will be going to the one by my house.

A solid Culvers. Don't stand in line, order at the table on your phone--it works. I usually get s double butter burger, but the fried shrimp was really good!

The manager was very rude after waiting 20 minutes for our food....it was wrong. I didn't realize until I got down the road and had to go back. She basically called me a liar and I told her to look in the bag cause I did and it's not my food. She reluctantly had my food made and I waited another 20 minutes. Thinking it couldn't be wrong again I left. Well it was still not the right stuff on my sandwich. I just said nevermind and picked off what I didn't want. We will not be going there again. I just don't understand how she could call me a liar when I know what I ordered and it was clearly wrong.

Love Culver’s. 3 stars because they charge extra for a side of ranch and they forgot to include onions on the Wisconsin Swiss Melt

Got my order wrong. Gave me 2 concrete what ever they are, but they were not at all worried about the fact they got it wrong, caused me: time, gas, my cold food, more time waiting for a fresh order, for which I am to be super thankful for. I work 5 12 hour days and hold myself very accountable to get it right. Feel like at the end of my week the scales are not evenly weighed.. Culver's... you have one job. Thank you for letting me drive back to your establishment, to ensure my grandson ate. While I got to eat a cold meal, waste my gas, and time. And then to get back out to my car and watch through the window -see Kevin the manager explaining to the family who asked me what went wrong using air quotes to make me look like I was the problem... just know, the previous week I had lost a dear friend to a very tragic accident. He died leaving a wife and 4 children. I wanted to get through a week and just go home on Friday and be done. Thanks to Culver's for taking a little off my plate for the week... air quotes... cause just the opposite 🥺

Deluxe butter burger was delicious. Most of my lunch time was taken up waiting to get the food but was worth the wait. Customer service is top notch. Person taking my order has a great singing voice and sang the questions and order back to me. What a wonderful experience.

For being fast food, the quality of the burger is excellent. Yes, you have to wait a little longer as they make your burger to order, but that is the only down side. Get a fresh made, excellent burger every time.
