Wow definitely impressed. If you eat fast food this is the place to go. They cook to order so your food is always hot & fresh. I had the Mushroom Swiss Double Burger and there was real mushrooms and so much flavor. Once you try Culver's you will never want to eat at any another fast food restaurant. Culver's is the real deal.

In the pantheon of American fast and fast casual food, Culver's is an oddity. It is clearly a corporate cookie cutter organization, but it exudes homey and comfortable appeal. The food is excellent, the people are always pleasant and helpful, the burgers are excellent, as is the rest of the menu. Try it once for yourself and I doubt you'll be disappointed.
I ordered a kids hamburger with mayonnaise, ketchup and pickles, lettuce and no bun. This is what I opened the box too, when I got home. A single rolled up patty. This was my first time as a customer. This is pathetic food to serve.
The frozen custard and shakes are amazing - and they have a great selection of frozen pints for sale.The cod is perfectly fried and a large portion. Hamburgers have a good taste and would appeal to the who like the "smashburger" style but with the caramelized onions and mushrooms it was too greasy for me. The atmosphere is attractive and homey the staff very pleasant and helpful ( they bring your order to your table!) it had nice window booth seating. Overall very good quality for a decent price.
Love Culver's in Jacksonville! Staff is amazing, and fast service is always given with hot, fresh food. Chili is my favorite, but today, I got a spicy chicken sandwich with chili cheese fries, which was great as well.
Food is good, service was very inefficient . This is the one near Costcos. Seems like new staff that are not trained well. I waited 20 mins for 2 meals and spoke to the manager twice. I’m sure in time they will improve but now they are needing help.
Food is usually good. Much better than typical fast food. Their frozen custard is delicious. The only issue was we ordered ahead for curbside pickup. We waited 15 minutes past the time they said it would be ready; drive thru was obviously the priority,and I went in and got my food which was bagged and just sitting there.
This is my 1st time eating here, The staff was friendly. Welcoming atmosphere. The food taste great, was fresh and cooked to order and we didn't have to wait very long. Didn't really try the desert as planned however, my son had a small custard
We usually go to the Loop on Fleming island, but we were at Mayo Clinic today so we stopped at the one up here. It was excellent, just as good if not better than the one on Fleming Island. And that's saying a lot! If you're looking for a great burger

Their black bean burger wasn't that amazing, but I've never really had a tasty one. Their blackened shrimp was to die for. The loaded fries were pretty decent as well. Average 15$ a plate and 7$ for a drink.
