Culver’s - American restaurant in Schaumburg - 1410 E Algonquin Rd, USA

I ordered a large strawberry shake and 2 cheese curds. Total price was $17.77! The shake was sour, not sweet. and very small for $$7.22. The size was a medium to me. I don't know how restaurants will survive in these times. The cheese curds were good but salty. I wouldn't go there again for almost $18.

Placed an online order for curbside pickup at 12:15pm. Got there at 12:16, waited until 12:25pm and no one ever came out despite parking in the appropriate allotted areas in the back for curbside delivery. Walked in and was taken care of by a nice lady behind the counter. Food was excellent per usual but please don't offer a "service" when it cannot be delivered on. Pun intended

They are always so nice. I came around 9:30, I know late but my friend was having pregnancy cravings. I apologized for the late visit too and they laughed and said they were happy to help. They are always so kind and very fast lol.

By far the worst Culvers and I've been to dozens of them across the Midwest. Always cold burgers and incorrect orders.

I eat here quite often, usually through the drive-thru. Every time I go there, my order is always correct and fresh. The staff are also what make this place unique. An employee named John always has a smile on his face and has exceptional customer service. Whenever he brings out my order he always says his signature phrase, "Thank you, have a wonderful day." When he says it, it feels like he means it. His positivity and warmth is always uplifting and makes the experience so much better. As a long-time local customer, I would certainly recommend a visit.

They always have friendly service and good tasting good quality food. You normally have to pull over to the side and wait briefly for your food but it is worth it. The prices are decent the salads are nice and fresh.fries are crispy and delicious. The custard is the best so much better than ice cream or soft serve

This place had a drive thru line over a mile long. We decided to try our luck and go inside to eat. They were hustling like crazy to fill orders. All the while with a smile on their faces! The food came fast & it tasted fresh too! I gave it 5 stars based off of hard working awesome staff & scrumptious food. Thank You for a well staffed location that makes great burgers.

Second time here they are so nice!! I love the drove thru they always say what can we get for you fresh! So sweet food is yummy and customer service spot on!
