Culver’s - American restaurant in Kenosha - 5220 Green Bay Rd, USA

Worst experience. Over $22 and took 23 minutes to get take out order. Items not made as ordered. Ridiculous. I can go eat at a nice sit down restaurant for cheaper and much better food. Never again!

Honestly this was my first time at a Culver’s and the food was fantastic, the ice cream or custard of the day was a nice thing to try. The service was terrible because the person who took the order was rude to my grandmother several times my sister spoke with the manager of the establishment and Culver’s did call her personally to get more information about what all happened. Most of the staff at this location didn’t not speak much English and the one who did was being rude.

First time visiting and I asked for a single but they charged me for a double and when you’re in the drive thru, paid already and got your food you’re pulling off. Food is fresh and good just their service could be better if they listened.

Three times, three in a row our order has been totally messed up. We order the same thing every time and expect that the staff can handle a double with bacon and no bun, add pickles, mayo and ketchup. They have successfully handled everything except for the condiments. None. Its even on the ticket correctly. Come on, team. It isn't that tough. But, shame on us for expecting a different result even after calling to complain.

Don’t go here past 11, the staff will take their time taking your order and talk about wanting to die at the window. “Kill me now!” The order taker said. Hope she is okay. Food got out in a good amount of time, Culver’s tends to get a rush at 11, why is anyone surprised? If business is open until 12 then expect business until then. If you don’t like your job, I highly suggest doing something about it, don’t bring your bad attitude upon others please.

Never had problems, been going here all the time every time I skipped school at Indian trail. Best spot to relax, eat some food, good talks with friends, etc.

Worst culvers experience I have had at a franchise. 30 minutes waiting for two burgers and chicken strips and they messed up the order, they forgot milk for our son. It was not busy as I waited outside and there was only one or two customers that walked in and came through the drive thru. The bathrooms were disgusting, out of soap and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days. The manager was eating lunch at a table during this time with another employee while several others were standing around talking. Very poorly managed franchise. I would recommend going elsewhere until ownership handles these issues.

We sat and waited for 25 minutes. The cashier gave us the wrong number, so when the server came out to hand us our food, he couldn't match the numbers and took our order back in. Once all the cars were clear, he came back out with our order again, and we asked him, "Thankfully, my name was on the receipt. 38 bucks for melted ice cream cold fries cold cheese curds. The burger was still warm, lol..
