What an incredible experience! Thank you for hosting our Yavapai Sky Girl Scout fundraiser! The employees were so very accommodating with our young Scouts. We don't even know Howe much money we made yet and the families who volunteered want to do it again!

My meals would have been rated better if they had been as ordered. I was not happy when I got home 15 minutes away, and my fish strips had to just be eaten with NO tartar sauce and a half full drink. Do you like fish strips without tartar? No, who does. When I called, I was offered a $2 coupon in the mail unless I made the 35 minute (and $8 in gas) trip to get a refund THAT NIGHT. Because apparently they can't offer you anything past the day you paid for it. I spent over $50!I admit.. I was pretty irritated over the phone (which is mild from me compared to if my wife had called) and after a few more minutes of complaining, I was finally offered a meal coupon. The worst part is, this isn't the first time! WITH EVERY FISH STRIP MEAL.. COMES A TARTAR. ESPECIALLY AFTER I ASKED FOR 2! I'm physically HC but I will have to come inside for my to go orders from now on. 🤨

I eat here often. Usually get the North Atlantic Cod - sandwich or dinner - with fries and a chocolate shake, sometimes I indulge getting onion rings, too. I've never had a bad experience and this store is ALWAYS very busy, yet I've never waited too long and the staff are always smiling and never get upset if I ask them to go back in for something I forgot to ask for (I always use the drive thru). Moreover, their shakes are chocolatey enough that I never have to ask for extra chocolate. YUMMY! ALSO, kudos to the Prescott store as well. Excellent!

The food was OK, except my fish was a little overcooked.

Super nice and polite staff; young kids that did a great job. It was raining on this night and quite a line in the drive-thru. We had to park and wait a few minutes for our food, but they brought it out sporting an umbrella. Our order was right and the food was pretty good.

Wisconsin Cheese Curds are phenominal. Delicious burgers. Yummy fries. GF buns available.

I've been here before and have had good experiences before, this time we had a problem this time. I ordered 2 cod dinners and when the priest came up it didn't look right. When I questioned the cashier she was puzzled. I told her I had ordered 2 meals. I had already paid for it so she said she would order another one. Which I paid for. I got my order and drove the 30 miles home. When we opened the sack there was only one meal. I probably should have checked it before I left but I didn't..My bad, but I didn't think there would be a problem. Anyway after calling the place the girl I talked to said she would have to talk to the manager and if I could drive back they'd probably be able to fix it. To make a long story longer, I drove the 60 mile round trip to get the other meal. The kid that helped me out was helpful and I also bought 2 concrete. So after about 45 bucks and 90 miles we had a microwave warmed meal.

This place deserves more than 5 stars. Their staff are impeccably trained in customer service and manners! They make you feel very welcome, they're very polite, courteous, and go out of their way to provide exceptional customer service. They always have smiles on their faces and make sure you have everything you need. I hope they all get raises. The food is always hot, fresh, and comes out fast. This place never disappoints.
