Culver’s - American restaurant in New Richmond - 124 Grant Way, USA

Tonight I went there for 3 kids cheese burger meals. Had to go back 3 times!! Every single time I went back because all the burgers were cold!!! The last time I went back the cook came to the window was very rude and told me my food was not cold then leaned out of the window to snatch my cold burger out of my hand. Then came back and practically shoved it at me. Very rude service tonight. Terrible food. I will not be coming back. I am extremely irritated about the way we were treated tonight by the staff. Completely uncalled for. Not my fault u chose to work in fast food. Do you job.

The food was awesome, as always. The service at the counter was not. The older man at the counter looked like he wanted to be anywhere but there. He was rude to the customers in front of us. "What do you want?" Not very friendly to us, either. The young man that brought our food was awesome!

I live locally and every time I visit and get a burger or pot roast sandwich I find a hair in my food. 3 times now it’s happened. I think you guys need to do a deep clean in the kitchen. Its uncalled for. I will continue to come back but im going to dine elsewhere for awhile.

My Husband and I stopped in to get a large concrete mixer to take home with us. I told the girl taking the order that I wanted a large flavor of the day as I pointed to the screen where the flavor of the day was on the screen. She asked me if I wanted 3 scoops. I told her I didn't know how many scoops came in a large. I did not want a Sundae, but that is what I got. No apologies when I told them I wanted a large concrete mixer IN A CUP! All they would have had to do was put it in a cup and mix it the way it was supposed to be in the first place. No acknowledgment of their mistake. I hope someone from higher up will teach and train these young people. I am thoroughly disappointed.

Food and service are great. Dine-in can be a bit unclean during busy times of day. Full garbage, sticky tables, floor bits of food.

Excellent for a late night snack. They did put mushrooms on one burger that was not requested, just required removal.

Well, first off, the food was good, actually it's always pretty good. The thing is, when you walk in, you'll notice there's clearly not a staffing issue (thankfully). There's probably 12-13 employees, who are having a good time. Fine, they all get along. But most of the tables needed cleaning. The garbage cans were all full to the top, and there's food scraps on the floor wherever you look. Granted, it was around 8pm, but there was enough help to keep it clean.
