Culver’s - American restaurant in Rockford - 236 N Phelps Ave, USA

This Culver’s is an excellent location. They agreed to stay open well past their closing time of 10 PM for my daughter’s theater company. The cast wanted to meet up at this Culver’s after their performance on a Saturday evening. The staff seemed genuinely happy to accommodate dozens of patrons past closing time. The service and food were excellent.

I love me some Culver's, especially the fries!! I be banging them with barbecue sauce 🤣😁. Food is fresh and hot. Burger Double Bacon is off the chain. The hamburger buns are soft and fresh. Food makes the customers happy and sitting down eating the workers come to assist in making sure everything is good. Very family oriented. Can't go wrong!

Best location with consistent good food and service. Drake our cashier was the best! Drake is Efficient with great personality and knowledge. Burgers here are cooked perfectly compared to N. Main location.

Hands down the best Culver's in IL, we had a long day of moving and we were starving. We usually don't dine in but I'm glad we did because it was the best fast food burger we've ever had. No pictures bc it was gone before we knew it! We've been back and they have been just as good!

I came into Culvers on Monday 11/13/23 because I was a bit under the weather and wanted some of my favorite comfort food! LT and his team were amazing! Thank you for all of your positive attitudes and top notch service. I never mind paying more for a Culvers original Butterburger and their fries with cheese on the side, because the ingredients are fresher and even though it's fast food, it's elevated eating! Again, shout out to the awesome team: LT, Diego, Blanca, Kyo and Drake! I loved my meal and seeing the team be so kind and helpful to all the customers!

Had fried cod it was hot, fresh and delicious. Food was brought promptly to the table and food runner was thoughtful to ask if we needed anything else. Only suggestion is the dining room needs more staff to keep tables clean, condiment table stocked and garbage cans were overflowing. Overall good experience

Food was made fresh and served hot. Staff was very friendly. I went to look for a table and 80% of them were dirty. I also stuck to the floor at the counter. Makes me wonder how dirty yhe kitchen is, if they don't keep the tables clean.

Wish I could put zero stars. Raspberry smoothie doesn't taste like raspberry. Tastes like over sugared berry tums. Burger buns were abnormally cold, cheese wasn't melted even within the burger. Parts of the hamburger was too crispy at the edges. Over all horrible. Clearly didn't eat even half of it. Made me sick honestly. Also cashier girl was coughing and not covering her mouth constantly as we were ordering(clearly needed to go home).
