Culver’s - American restaurant in Eagan - 3445 O\'leary Ln, USA

Update October 2023 - have stopped by twice this month and food has been phenomenal. Thank you for taking our reviews into consideration. :) Update 6/15/23 - disappointed with ice cream once again. Was excited to try the flavor of the day - caramel fudge cookie dough. What I received was almost plain vanilla ice cream, half melted, with a drop of caramel and no evidence of fudge. A few pieces of cookie dough were in it. Dear owner, please speak to your staff. When people order these things, they expect these core ingredients to be there. I’ve noticed that the lack of cookie dough is only a prob at this location. :( pic added for your reference. Update 4/22/23 - Very impressed - the owner wanted to make things right. They sent two vouchers for free concrete mixers. Thank you! :) giving 4 stars as there was not much cookie dough in the mixer. However, staff is wonderful and friendly as always. And the cod sandwiches were perfect! 4/12/23 - second time in a row that we have had a bad experience here. Got a mini cookie dough & caramel concrete mixer today. The server dropped it off at the drive line and it was already a melted puddle. Moreover, there was hardly any cookie dough or caramel. Disappointing because I paid almost $5 for this :( Do not foresee returning in the near future.

I came here last night, Thursday 1/19/2024 at around 530pm and my two butter burgers I got were definitely pre cooked patties. They were very dry and very over done which isn’t the usual quality you get from culvers. Someone I know that worked for culvers for 7 years said that is what happens when they pre cook the patties. I guess I’ll try another night with a cook that cares more about the food they make.

We had a takeout order that we ate in the restaurant. The staff was helpful and pleasant. We did have to wipe down our own table. They also forgot our onion rings in the bag. Luckily we were there and they were happy to fix it. Super nice staff!

The food was hot & fresh. I had to wait a significant amount of time for my order. The person who brought it out apologized. The beef pot roast dinner is awesome.

Classic culver's, Service here was pretty fast, Fries when I went here tasted a bit more bland then normal but everything else was up to par! Enjoy culver's a lot when I feel like a simple burger.

Food is usually good and meets expectations, however this location just doesn't seem to want to give me cheesecake pieces in my concrete mixers. The last two times (online orders) I chose cheesecake as one of my choices and both times there were 0 pieces of cheesecake, which is a massive disappointment when you keep eating it hoping it just wasn't mixed well and then you find out it was just completely not there. Sad stuff.

Best Culver’s location! The food is always fresh and amazing. I highly HIGHLY recommend stopping by. Now I just do drive thru and they always get my order right and make it fresh. The fries are amazing at this location in particular. And don’t skip the Culver’s root beer. My order is butterburger with cheese, EZ ketchup, EZ mustard, EZ Mayo. So nice

It's a good place to have a meal, classic! My grandma loves it here. I go for the frozen custard and a butterburger with onion and pickles catsup and mustard.
