Culver’s - American restaurant in Arlington Heights - 2060 E Northwest Hwy, USA

If I could give my experience at this Culver’s a 0 I would. Krysta needs to get fired immediately. I have never been so mistreated at a restaurant. Background— I am in the drive-through after the drive thru worker was short tempered with me. I see a friend that I haven’t seen in a while, I begin to wave and say hello. Krysta slams the drive through door in my face and gives me a dirty look. I would like to let you know I will never give Culver’s business again and you need to get new workers immediately (Krysta). Not just me, but I will be spreading the word to my friends and family. Just because you’re having a bad day you never put it on your customers. Being in the fast food industry myself, my #1 priority is always my customers. Customer service should always be your top priority, it’s simple, and super effective. This location is close to the village public works yard I work at. I’ve always had great service and hot food from here. I’ve gotten the occasional mixed up order, but that happens everywhere so I don’t sweat it. We’re all doing our best, and this location has the best cheese curds.

Horrible customer service. When you order fish and chips a key component is the tartar sauce that was requested but forgotten. Called in and the person who claimed to be manager told me my only options were to drive back for the sauce 25 minutes round trip or drive back to return the food also 25 minutes round trip. Luckily option three is telling Visa not to pay them as what I ordered wasn't given to me.

Our go to Culver’s, the food is always great. They forgot our extra chicken tenders tonight and ran after us to make sure we got them. We really appreciate the great service!

Horrible experience. Went to get some free ice cream with some coupons I received when I was hired at a nearby culvers. Lady at the drive thru was downright rude. It was two scoops of ice cream! Same lady brought us our ice cream and said “stop loitering and take your ‘novio’ with you!” Keep in mind this lady was white, saying this to me as a Mexican. What was the reason? Service is super rude compared to the culvers I work at.

Everything on the menu is Excellent ! The Quality & Proportions Are Great ! They made the Pork Loin Sandwich Perectly As Usual ! The Staff Are Always Very Kind And Go Above & Beyond ! This is My Favorite Location!

August 2nd 2023 8-8:30pm the older lady at the drive thru window needs to stop talking and laughing to other employees and needs to pay attention to the customers at the drive thru. I didn’t get the numbered ticket even I asked for one and caused the confusion at the other cars that were ahead and behind me which I assumed she messed up the order of the tickets given. And I had to wait longer than usual because she never gave me a ticket and the employees that were delivering the food were giving them to wrong cars and I noticed some other cars were complaining. She needs to pay attention.

Quality of the food is always great here. Service is fast too!
