Culver’s - American restaurant in Waterloo - 209 E Tower Park Dr, USA

Food as always was great, counter staff were very skilled and courteous. Wait time was a bit much, but given the busyness of the time we were there, they did a great job. I didn't notice anyone in our section of the dining area complaining or returning anything. Speaking of the dining area ... It was arranged in a way that allowed the most seating, but with the small children being as kids are at the tables around us, the mom in me was stressed out waiting for one to whack a face into a table edge - and these kids weren't straying from their own table more than a foot. Culver's is always a hit wherever they build, I'm unsure why they haven't increased the store footprint just a bit more for their rush hours!

The cheese burger was excellent. Perfect in every way. The fries were hot but undercooked. I prefer malts. Unfortunately, Culver's refuses to make me a malt. It's always a shake. There's something about the malt flavoring in ice cream, ( frozen custard)

Just had the pepper grinder pub burger for the first time. Don't think I will order anything but this sandwich when I visit Culver's. Perfect amount of flavor and the bun is toasted beautifully. I would definitely ask for extra peppercorn mayo next time. 100% recommended

We love Culver's. They are good fast food. However they have consistently messed up our order this year, from the drive through. Wrong food, missing food etc. Then when we tell them about it during return trips they don't make it right. As a result we eat here much less now.

My first visit to Culver's. You order at the desk and staff bring food to the table. I was expecting the waut to be longer since it was a very busy inside restaurant and very long lines of people at drive thru. I had chicken tenders which was quite good. Crisp and hot. They also offered a few kinds of dipping sauce. French fries were hot and crisp as well. My favorite part of the meal was strawberry shake with their own frozen custard.

It was very good. The only thing was that I got one piece of peanut butter candy in my ice cream when I ordered oreo and brownie concrete mixer. I am not allergic to peanuts, but I just am not a fan of peanuts. The rest of it still tasted good

It was good. Little dirty but no bad at all. Surprisingly, we never ever eat at Culver's here in Utah. When we're out in the Mid-West we always end up at one with the "we should be eating Culver's at home!"

Service is good and food is far above normal fast food. A little more expensive than I would care to pay but price for better run operation.
