Culver’s - American restaurant in Morton Grove - 7310 W Dempster St, USA

Six months ago I wrote a negative review for this location. I would like to say thank you to Culver's for making such dramatic changes to this location. Currently the staff is friendly and helpful and the service has improved significantly. Additionally, the quality of food and service of that food has improved. Thank you again for turning this location around into an enjoyable place to visit.

Best customer service and food quality of any other fast food place in Niles and probably Chicago. If more people took pride in their work the way they do there wouldn’t be so many dumpy franchises throughout the city. A sizeable portion of staff are special needs and couldn’t be more professional and i will always be happy to support such a business. Very clear they take pride in their jobs which is refreshing to say the least. All around great experience every time.

I usually go to the drive through during my lunch break. Sometimes it can be bombarded during dinner time in the drive through but they’re usually quick and effective in getting bringing the order. The workers are always welcoming and approachable to interact with. I really like the sunflowers planted around the place.

Rude management. The employee rung me up for the wrong thing and I didn't notice til I got the food immediately I talked to someone and the manager on staff proceeded to belittle and get upset at me for not noticing instead of worrying about there employee. (I'd understand if I ordered alot but literally one burger basket) staff on the other hand the young men on staff were very sweet and helpful just wish management would follow.

Culver's always has the most courteous, kind and gracious staff. Easy to greet them and always feel welcome. It why I rank them at the immediate top of where I spend money on food.

This Culver's is usually very good, but today I had a horrible double cheeseburger deluxe. The bun was smashed and dry and there was more cheese in the box than on the burger. It looked like someone drove over it. Unfortunately, I ordered through the drive through and didn't see the mess until I got home. Driving back to the restaurant to complain wasn't feasible.

Culver's is middle of the road fast food. The burgers are okay, a little salty for my taste. They have some unusual offerings like fried cod and beef pot roast, which is actually pretty good. Their frozen custard is very good and comes in many flavors. The staff is nice and competent. This location is always pretty clean. If you want a little change from the other fast food chains, this is a good place to go.

I love how fresh the food is. I would rather come to Culver's versus the other burger places that charge an arm and a leg for food that's been sitting there for a while. Fresh is better!! I love their food.
