Culver’s - American restaurant in Maple Grove - 16380 96th Ave N, USA

I’ve been to a few Culver’s over the years and have to say this is the best one yet. The customer service was friendly, fast and efficient. My food was hot and delicious 😋 you have to try their cheese curds and pretzel bites! Yum! Went back today! Never seem to be disappointed!!! Try the pork loin sandwich 😊

At first, it was hard to tell it was open. The employees were very pleasant. We did go through the drive thru if you are going to have someone working the drive thru, maybe check to see how they are speaking. If the people going through can understand them, if they are speaking clearly, even how fast they are speaking. You could clearly see it was not super busy, so there was no reason for him to be speaking so quickly where we had to ask him to repeat himself over and over again. There were around 6 cars waiting for their food, including us. It did not take long to get our food, and the guy who brought our food out to us was extremely nice and very pleasant. Our food was nice and hot and, for the most part, very delicious. I did get some mashed potatoes and gravey, and I have to say it wasn't very good at all (and normally it is very good, so that was a letdown). The rest of our food chicken tenders and my mom ordered a cheeseburger with the fixings was delicious. Especially after getting out of the ER and looking for some hot, somewhat quick food.

Store in Plymouth is just two two takes too long in the Drive-Thru cars were sitting there I sat in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes yesterday and then it took another 10 minutes to get my food so basically I'm not really sure what the attraction is so I'm going to have to say it's a 3 star

The food was hot and cooked to order. We ordered a variety of burgers, and they were all really good, not too greasy. Cheese curds had a new seasoning that was mediocre.

Great service provided today. Received our order in less than 5 minutes. Burgers and fries were hot and fresh. We did order one Kids dish but received three of them. We gave two away to some young customers at the next table. Person who took our order made the mistake but I didn't want them thrown away.

One of the most delicious salads I've had in a very long time. The nuts on it were amazing flavor added to the salad!!

Burgers are wonderful. Went to the drive thru with our dog. Did not know about their pup cup. They give her one. She really enjoyed it. They even had a milk bone on top. Thank you from our little furr baby.

10/10!!!! We showed up with 8 people like ten minutes before they closed and they were SO SWEET ABOUT IT even tho we were being a bit crazy. Special shoutout to shift manager Alexa V.!! They were so kind and we appreciated them so much. The perfect ending to the perfect evening. AMAZING EMPLOYEES and the food did NOT disappoint.
