I love Culver's. Hands down the greatest fast food restaurant in the Midwest. Specifically at this location, the people are very nice and friendly! My favorite choices for food are the grilled chicken sandwich, the cod filet sandwich, butterburger deluxe with bacon, fries, cheese curds, onion rings, custard (especially if they're running it fresh!!), and..... Honestly, everything is delicious.
I love Culver's and their food. At this location I spent almost 20 minutes in the drive thru line(only 3 cars ahead of me). The place wasn't busy just after 11am. My pork tenderloin sandwich was not as I ordered and this was on it. I tossed it in the garbage.
This is absolutely ridiculous that the air conditioning is not working at this location. It's very hot outside today and it's roasting hot inside the location. Franchisee should be on top of getting this fixed. Also, the wait times for food at this location is too long. Especially for as empty as the place is today. Extremely disappointed with this location.
Great food and I love how they employ a lot of local kids in school. But I'd be lying if service wasn't routinely quite slow. Oftentimes it is worth the wait, but there are times where 30 minute wait for a burger at drive through is too much

My food was cold, lettuce soggy, fries were all broken small pieces. This is the second time and late time for me.I threw it away. I hated that because I love Culver’s.
