Nothing like being served a 15-day old burger. AND it wasn't even the way I asked for it! If there were negative stars, I would have given y'all one! Never coming back!
Culver's did an outstanding job. Had a fairly big order - they were fast and everyone was happy - all meals were delicious and complete. Employees are so nice and care about your order. Thank you
I just went through the drive-thru to get a concrete mixer for my son. My husband got it all over his hand because it was dripping down the side of the cup. He ran into the restaurant to wash up in the bathroom. A male employee behind the counter yelled, "Those restrooms are for paying customers only!" I'm not sure why he would think that's appropriate behavior, but it's not. The food is good, restaurant clean, but that was a bit ridiculous.
It was very good and allergy friendly meal (gluten free). I think $14.99 for a chicken sandwich combo meal is a bit pricey so I don't eat it often but I really enjoy it when I do.
Excellent food and the service was pretty quick even though they were extremely busy! I highly recommend this place, especially if you're a burger and fries kinda person!!
Set in drive up for 5 minutes to finally hear "we have a big order and then after another 5 minutes we get out of line and there is only one vehicle at the drive up window Don't understand why they were not continuing to take orders. When we got around the building, they still did not have the next order taken. Worst wait time I have ever had anywhere. I believe someone needs to look at their process. Oh, I did forget to mention that there was also no one at the counter as we went around the building while leaving!!!
Cod was good but were really skimpy on the frys and didn't have tartar sauce
When you order food and comes back burt and overly greasy then you have to pay for ranch when you get chicken tenders!? Hmm that's new. I usually never do this but tonight was ridiculous! You have an order taker upfront being loud with their little friends that came in to visit to where the other one couldn't even here our order and messed it all up!
