Culver’s - American restaurant in Hales Corners - 6101 S 108th St, USA

Good food, freshly made, courteous staff. They do, during rush dinner hour, get backed up - both inside and drive-thru. Congrats to this location on having a diverse staff- good to see. Great custard options - Snickers Concrete mixer is my favorite! Good burgers - good value with baskets.

Cheese curds were fresh! But my burger was so messy there was mustard everywhere and bread was very smushed

Sorry Culver's. You fell down on this one. I only went through the drive through but you hadn't cleared the foot of snow from 10 days ago. And the girls at the counter misplaced my order, which required the managers attention. And there were neither mushrooms nor Swiss cheese on the mushroom Swiss deluxe I paid for. Do better next time Update -- Culver's replied to this review by asking me to visit their website and fill out more forms to help them improve their business. I don't think i want to take a job with Culver's though. They can take this feedback or leave it.

Awful experience. Ordered three meals at 7:15 in the dining room. Order was finally filled at 8:06. When I picked up the order at the counter, no mention was made about the wait. I asked the girl if it was normal to wait 50 minutes for an order and she replied, "not really". Got the food home and absolutely nothing was fresh. This has happened numerous times at this location. Either the staff isn't equipped to hand the customers or they just don't care. Either way, I will not be back.

If you’re thinking about eating at this location, don’t. Found PLASTIC in my butterburger and the manager just acted like it was a normal occurrence. After many chances this location has only gotten worse. Either you don’t get the food you ordered, the foods cold, and now you even have to worry about choking on plastic!!

Most of the time the service at this Culver's has been good. The food also has been good. The atmosphere is okay. They have a nice patio during the summer where you can sit and eat.

every time I come here I remember this is why I don't come here often. culver's itself is great. this location sucks. was in the drive thru for 20, 30 minutes. much of that was spent at the window. when I looked inside it was mostly high schoolers standing around socializing or staring blankly into space. a few minutes in they said "my manager finna come talk to you" and I never asked for a manager but I never spoke to a manager. then they came and asked "what did you order again?" shortly after they asked "you ordered the butterburger no tomato right?" ... when I finally got my burger it was cold from sitting on the counter for so long. at least the burger warmed up the curds.

Tasty burger and fresh salad. Spacious and a lot of seating. Clean tables. Fast service and friendly staff. Refreshing frozen custards for a hot day. Could use more parking.
