Culver’s - American restaurant in Sterling Heights - 36480 Van Dyke Ave, USA

Had to wait 7 mins past my online order time... to give them time to burn it. 🔥 Also, hold the lettuce on the chili cheese fries, on the next person's order, or change gloves. Would prefer if all the fries were cooked in the same 30 min window. The atmosphere in the parking lot was not that great. All around terrible. I do not WANT to eat it. Bad service, bad food, bad atmosphere idling for an online order at 3 pm? No napkins, no utensils. And a burger under 2 boxed items in the bag, flat. Refund???

The host was very nice. The butter burgers are amazing and the milk shakes are pretty good. The prices are a little high, but still not too bad. Very clean dining room. It's obvious that the management know what they are doing.

Don't know what, but I prefer this place better than any of the fast food places I have eaten. I really love their fries. Not to mention their personalized touch where their manager is walking around enquiring about their service and bringing napkins 👍. Mind you, that didn't happen at this store, but at their Chelsea location. Their drive through also requires a mention, where someone will bring food to your car, instead of you rolling to a window. Good food and good service. 4 start for the atmosphere, just because we could smell fish in the restaurant

I normally go to the Culver's on Little Mack. The services there is great and they treat you like they're Chic-Fil-A employees or something. I expected this one on Van Dyke to be even better. However, after bringing our food home I realized my burger looked like it had been punched (the bun had a fold in it and was slammed on top of the burger). Not to mention they gypped me on the bacon I ordered (but still charged me for it). Culver's is awesome, but not too sure about this location.

I must first admit that I have more good experiences at Culver's than not. Last night I decided to try the new Pepper Pub cheeseburger value basket. The fries were great, the smoothie although too thick, was very tasty (it had the consistency of a thick shake rather than a smoothie). The burger looked delicious on the display however, the bun was tough and quite frankly it tasted old and stale (everything bun), my burger was very dry and it was room temperature. I expected better from Culver's and I intend to reach out to customer service. I must say, all of the employees we encountered were pleasant and polite and that was refreshing.

This is a high end fast food place. All the food is tasty to the degree that distinguishes it apart from typical fast food. And most of the food tastes good, also the ice cream creations are substantial.

Always check the buns. Mine had mild on it. Also made a big order for colegues, but got only 3 drinks out of 7. I'm not gonna spend another 30 minutes to go back there to get a new burger without mold and the rest of the drinks.

Oct 23rd around 630. Waited 20 minutes for our burger baskets (dine in) others waiting as long as we did. Staff was not it's normally happy mood. Something was very off. No manager to be found. Am going to think twice before heading here again. I did leave comments on the Culver feedback site but haven't heard back from a manager. This was unusual for this location. january 26th. Back to usual friendly and quick service. Young lady at front counter was great. Fish dinner was delicious.
