We used the drive thru. The worker was very pleasant & kind. I don’t typically review fast food but Culver’s is definitely “higher-end” fast food. We got a double butter burger basket & a spicy crispy sandwich basket — delicious & very convenient for us. Our total was ~$20. Fast drive thru & service. Would go again!
I used the drive-through to pick up gift cards. The gentleman at the window was so energetic and kind. Despite the busyness of the drive-through, he conversed while activating the cards and waited for my responses. This sort of personalized interaction didn't feel rehearsed, and I appreciate the young man's positive attitude during a busy season.
I never eat fast food so my expectations were low. My mom and I stopped for fish sandwiches and they were really good. They were crispy and fresh. I thought they'd be really salty and they weren't. The fries were fresh and really good too! The store was really clean. I was surprised we enjoyed it so much. :)
Had dinner with my sister tonight. The staff was happy, genuinely cared, the place was immaculate, the fish entree was better than the best fish house in West Des Moines. My sister has been to several other Culver's outside our area and said this was the best ever. The staff is always cleaning and they are happy .
I love culver's but not as much as I used to. Did you switch frozen food supplier? The fries are not meeting your usual high quality. They are smaller and greasy. The service is not as good as it used to be. The custard is almost always over churned at this location. Please check out the management at this location. I love this restaurant but I have other options.
Just an all around awesome place. Great food. Excellent happy service. Wish the prices were lower but they probably pay their people good.
The facility was clean and the staff were friendly. Food got brought out to our table quickly and even grabbed a concrete mixer for the road afterwards, didn't have to wait long.
Culver's stands alone as the premier fast food restaurant in the area. The service is top notch. The food is arguably better than some full service restaurants. The concrete mixers are a must!!
We've worked with the owner of Corazon coffee multiple times for our client appreciation events. Nate knows his coffee beans and is easy to work with. This shop also offers a variety of teas if you prefer that over coffee.
I cannot say enough kind words about all the staff and coaches at OTF WDM. The workouts are challenging, but doable, and Iâve seen real results. The environment is positive and encouraging, and I always feel welcome.
Every time I come visit Des Moines, I have to stop here. You want to be reminded of home (New York), and eat REAL pizza ð, this is it. The owner is from NY, and brought NY here. The moment you enter the store, YOU KNOW youâre home. I love this p
We went out for drinks, the staff was very attentive and had great suggestions. Every drink was created to perfection. I really enjoyed the Winchester old fashioned and the case of the Mondays. We are looking forward to a return visit.
