Culver’s - American restaurant in Lombard - 1155 S Main St, USA

If I'd have seen the bathrooms before eating I wouldn't have ordered. Every stall in the women's room was filthy from top to bottom, even the doors were discolored & disgusting. This isn't created in a single day, this is built up over time. It's so gross to think that these are the bathrooms that the staff are ok with using and then they go and prepare our food. They must have pretty low standards if the state of this restroom is remotely acceptable.

I've been coming here since this restaurant first opened its doors back in 2005. Since I now live out of state, this is my first time coming here since Scott sold the restaurant and will probably also be my last. There was no hospitality from any of the team members here at all, from start to finish. There was soda all over the counter, drink lids not filled, the cashier didn't know what number he gave me or what came on a chicken sandwich, and acted like he couldn't be bothered to do anything.

Cashier could barely make eye contact with me and gave me original instead of Buffalo tenders on my order. It took 15 minutes for a simple order to still come out wrong. And fries had been sitting out for a while, very soggy. They’re not held to the same standard as other locations who offer good service.

The workers went out to deliver food to cars in subzero degree weather. They always said, "Enjoy your meal and have a nice day". That's impressive. Well done, team.

I have been to several Culver's restaurants and this one seems to lack attention to detail in terms of service, quality, and cleanliness. I was there around lunchtime and there was a line inside of about eight customers and only one register open to take orders. However, there were four employees standing behind the counter idle waiting for food to be prepared. I will end my review here in hopes that improvements will come soon.

As someone who has worked for Culver, I can sympathize being understaffed, tough day, and food service in general being a tough environment but the lack of attention to simple things that are already in the order or even just forgetting I’m a customer completely in the drive through line. Over the course of months, time adds up to my conclusion of this being the worst Culvers I’ve ever been to. I promise you it’ll be worth the money spending a bit more on gas, just to take the hike to any other culvers than this one. I hope to help others not have similar bad experiences that I keep having here. Just trying to spread awareness.

Better than McDonald's and Chick fil A. But the quality is not there, considering that the price is so high. The burgers are average, the fries are OK, the Cod sandwich is is usually soggy and tasteless. Disappointing, considering it's cheaper and better than the other choices.

This place has gone downhill. The last 4 times we ordered online we waited over 15 minutes for our food and it was cold. My husband went in after waiting for 20 minutes this time and they offered to remake the food, but they were slammed and he didn't feel like waiting another 20 minutes for them to get our order wrong. Again. He talked with a manager, Amanda and she was beyond RUDE to him. When we called to tell her she forgot our drinks, she was RUDE on the phone blaming him for forgetting the drinks when they were supposed to bring the order out to him in the first place. We will be contacting the owner, but he's of course not available for 3 days. Save yourself time, money and frustration and go somewhere else.
