Culver’s - American restaurant in Hartford - 1285 E Sumner St, USA

Nice new clean restaurant. Fast food and tasty. I enjoy the shrimp. Stopped back for cheese curds. Oh my, not good , did something change. Not going to order them again.

Never ever again will I be going to this Culver’s. Had a problem with them before said they would send me coupons in the mail but still did not from several months ago. Tonight I went to get my mom a Turtle Sundae and myself a coke. I arrived around 10:10, got my coke at the window… and was told to pull forward for the sundae… which I understand but it is not like I ordered a bunch of food. No joke… sitting there until 10:30 at this point there is a huge line behind be and the people before me still have not received their food. So they are still taking orders.. but not really fulfilling them. Finally one food runner comes out carrying literally a bag full of food and my turtle sundae.. which mind you is melted at this point. I then call them and ask to speak to a manager. A girl named Natalia answers and I asked if I could speak to the manager she asked why but I just wanted to tell them that this is ridiculous. A minute later she comes back saying hi this is Natalia how can I help you. I said are you the manager she said no..let me give him the phone again indicating she had given him the phone once already and clearly wasn’t willing to speak. I honestly do not even remember the name of the little boy who answered the phone but he told me he was 18 and was filled with disrespect telling me it’s only him in the kitchen and that he is trying his best. Maybe Hartford Culver’s we shouldn’t put 18 year olds in charge of a restaurant. I read all the automated responses also to all these reviews and I don’t even want to here it I don’t want any coupons just know that the team at Hartford Culver’s sucks.

I just finished an order of chicken "tender" or whatever they were. They were like ground chicken meals. Never will I order them again, in fact the only decent meal we have had is the fish dinner and the walleye when offered is the best you Never fail to disappoint

I ordered a banana split. It was supposed to have two scoops of ice cream, one vanilla and one strawberry. This was what was served to me. The custard was completely melted. Gross. I will not be back.

Everytime I go here my order is incomplete or not made correctly. I didn't want to put this review up. Though it was better than me calling Hartford Culver's. Because I don't know how I would act on the phone. My order tonight was over 20 dollar's and at times exceeds over 30 dollar's. I'm saying I'm done with this place. I have to many complaints. This is every order since they moved to there new place. Management needs to make sure these workers are making the expectation of Culver's brand.

What stood out for me was the service. The fellow behind the counter was friendly and efficient. When I was at my table, he saw me using the straw to spoon my milkshake and brought a spoon over. The burgers, fries, onion rings and milk shakes were excellent. Clean restaurant. I don't get to Hartford often but when I do, I get Culver's!

The burgers were really good and juice. The cook put some love into the food. I've gone to other locations but this one was the best

A fair spot. Lot sof workers in front, but food took almost 15 minutes inside. Drive thru was a dozen cars deep too. Saw the buffalo tenders are back, but are half the size of what they were a year ago. Disappointed overall. At least it was a clean place.
