Culver's is probably the only fast food place I will eat. Dropped in here for an early lunch and a hot coffee on this freezing Minnesota day. Staff taking orders were attentive and gave all the options available without being pushy. I had finished my food and was taking in the very hot coffee. I always clear my tray myself but Daryl appeared, big smile on their face, and gave a bright "Hello, how are you today?". Greetings exchanged, they asked if they could clear my tray. Gave my thanks and continued my coffee. Out of the 3 or 4 Culver's I've been in over time, all are consistent with their decent food and excellent, cheerful service. Thank you, Culver's Winona.
Love their salads and chili. Salads are super fresh and tasty. I'm not a big fan of their burgers as I feel that they are typically overcooked and dry. Overall a good fast food restaurant with quality ingredients.
I was impressed by how quickly the staff were able to get thru a huge group of people that were ahead of me. I placed an order to go, 2 sandwiches and a side. My order number was shared with another patron's dine-in order, and I was at one point offered the dine-in order that wasn't mine. Once I got my correct order and got home with the food, I discovered that my sourdough melt had no grilled onions. The employees were all trying to do a good job, but there are some kinks to work out and the attention to detail could be better.
The past few times I've been to the Winona Culver's, I've been very dissatisfied. I love the food at Culver's, but the service at this location is not good. The first instance was when I went through the drive through, asking for a dish with 2 scoops of the flavor of the day and peanut butter sauce. The screen at this location has been out for quite a while, so I couldn't see what had been rung up nor was it read back to me. When I got to the window, my dish had no sauce on it. When I told the worker, he took the dish back and put a pea sized amount of peanut butter sauce on the cup, stating "I couldn't give you the full amount because you didn't pay for it." I was more than happy to pay for it, but that didn't seem like an option. I realize it was a miscommunication, but the worker did not make the instance right. The second time was last night when I went in with family members. We all got the flavor of the day, in a dish, with hot fudge on top. We went in the restaurant to avoid the issue that happened previously. The order was rung up correctly, but when we received our dishes, they had the smallest amount of hot fudge, enough for one or two bites. I still love Culver's, but this location is lacking in customer service and/or training.
We had the rudest drive through young man!! I seriously could not believe that he was working with customers. When asked if my child could have her ice cream while waiting for her food we were told "absolutely not" "I don't do that". I was stunned as my daughter was tearing up. There was no line at the time of our order, and we were not going to hold anyone up by taking a minute to fill a small cup of plain ice cream. So disappointed.
The motorcycle is gone along with the previous owner. What will the new owners do with this excellent opportunity? Time will tell. Meanwhile, the Culvers custard and extensive fast-food menu rolls on as per usual. A reliable, tasty stop when hitting the road.
Ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and was given a shake instead. I didn’t , feel like waiting in line again. At a previous visit my smoothie was also made wrong. Custard does not seem too great here. food is good tho
Found a feather in my food. They offered to remake the sandwich, but I declined, considering I just found a feather in the previous sandwich. They best they could do was offer some free custard and refund the $6. No coupons, no apology.
We had an unbelievably wonderful experience at the Alexander Mansion. Richard was an incredibly welcoming and kind host. Staying in the Mansion felt like staying in a museum, and we enjoyed Richard telling us about the house's history. We ended up do
PJs has been a great first renting experience! The apartments are super nice and very well kept and all appliances are brand new and function properly. Landlords regularly inspect smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, etc, and have plenty of surveilla
