We will definitely be returning since Coke products are offered now. The food and service were awesome and to include on how many retiree's are working there. They always still up a conversation and really give you the positive vibes and fulfills to a great place to eat and experience that makes you want to come back.
It was so cold that night, That warm & savory burger and crispy hot fries really made my evening. The lovely lady behind the counter got my order perfect and got it out to me promptly!
Always love the consistency in service and food with Culver’s. This was my first time at this particular location, and the service was great with someone checking in on us more than once during our visit. You can tell they go above and beyond to keep customers happy. Our food arrived to the table unbelievably quickly and was fresh, as always!
Excellent service and great food that was brought out quickly. Casual fast food atmosphere, which is highly effective by whatever other patrons happen to be in the restaurant at the time of your visit. Overall very positive experience!

Shrimp, broccoli excellent. Cheese curds barely warm, concrete has about 1 tsp choc/strawberry combo. Really disappointed.... but I love the shrimp so we will try again. Very expensive for a drive-thru restaurant. 2 shrimp dinners, 2 small concrete almost $50
I can appreciate that they are busy; however, the bathrooms were a horrible mess, out of order sink, doors to the stalls didn’t lock. The food when it came was luke warm at best. The little went to get her free scoop of ice cream and it took quite a long time. I went to get the flavor of the day and it really looked nothing like what the flavor was advertised as. The waffle cone was fresh, but the cone was barely filled with ice cream and was already fairly melted.
This store off Parallel by the Legends is very much lacking in good customer service. The girl who took my order was very rude, and then when I got to the window, she was mad when I asked for her to put my 2 pints of frozen yogurt in a sack. Every time we have been to this culvers, we have had a bad experience with customer service.

Kathy who runs this place is an amazing person. She was very kind and compassionate and made you really feel at home. My wife was in for a surgery and this was such a great place to stay near the hospital. Thank you so much Kathy
