Fresh, good food served hot at a reasonable price. Clean restaurant that welcomes you when you walk in. Food is made to order. The alaskan cod sandwich has a quality piece of tender fish served on a hot, moist bun. The French fries are served the way fries are supposed to be. Served hot, crispy on the outside, but mash potato-like on the inside. It is obvious that this location puts a lot of pride and care into their food and service.
The food was delicious. This was my first time eating at this burger joint. Was a great first experience, food was hot, veggies were fresh everything you expect when ordering a burger and chicken sandwich. A++ Good Job!
Very disappointed at this location. Ordered Cranberry, bacon, blue...no bacon Husband had kids meal with a side of applesauce...no spoon I had no knife for salad, just a fork. Husband asked for ranch dressing. They gave him tarter sauce. Management should check their people. Ordinarily we visit the one in Prescott, which is outstanding. We are born and bred Wisconsinites!!
Usually am a big fan of Culver's and always and always get their concrete mixers. This location served us up such melty custard that we were given straws as well

Late night... stopping inside... we were so impressed with the service at the end of the day by Ryan(at the counter). He was patient with the tired couple who came in just before they closed and I could tell this is his normal helpful disposition. Kept us in a good mood and we enjoyed the food and thought, "So glad we went to Culver's!!!"

Rude counter person. Messed up my burger, and by time I got the correct one, my family was done eating. The concrete was more like a shake than a concrete - had to use a straw. The dining room drink dispenser was out of Coke syrup. I let them know. They never refilled it. What a joke. I’ve eaten at Culver’s in Wisconsin, AZ, CO, CA, IL, and GA. In all the locations I’ve eaten at, I’ve only had two bad experiences. One in Pueblo CO, and this one in Phoenix. Won’t be back to this location ever.
