This is a nice Culver’s. I enjoy going here to get quality food. I often find my orders have missing items which is sometimes frustrating but for the most part I enjoy coming to this location and the food is always delicious!
Friendly & fast Frankfort service. The hype is real, the curderburger is fantastic.
Ordered a burger that they never said they were out of, still charged me for said burger, ordered a drink with no ice and got ice and when I asked them for a new one the poured it into another cup and spilled it half on the table and gave me a 3/4 full drink. Went inside and asked for my money back and was given back less then I paid for the damn burger. Trash service Terrible Listening Skills and obviously no math skills to give me proper money back never again
Went to the Frankfort Culvers on Black Friday for the first time for lunch. Overall, everything was as you expect from Culvers. The food was very good and the staff was very friendly. Recently we were at a McDs in Chicago and it was uncharacteristically dirty for a McDs. That experience made us take notice as how clean this Culvers was. It was fairly busy but the tables were cleaned right after someone would leave and the floors were clean as well. We saw a young lady cleaning the tables, booths, and floors and we noticed how thorough she was at her job. We made sure to pay her a compliment on our way out and saw that her name was Amanda. McDs in downtown Chicago could sure use an employee like Amanda!
Had the best service and experience yesterday at this culver's! I have never had better fries from any Culver's or better service from Charlie. Will definitely recommend and go back thank you culver's! And Charlie
Culver’s is a good, clean restaurant and good service. I am used to trying different branches, but I noticed the Swiss mushroom sandwich that I always order, Unfortunately, it does not has mushroom and sauce. You should be more generous about the amount of mushrooms and sauce. I did not feel the taste of mushrooms and sauce. Name of this sandwich is MUSHROOMS & SWISS ….. so we should feel the mushroom taste Thank you.
I ordered a few meals and pulled up and the sweetest girl. Her young lady came out and delivered my food and was so smiley and so kind it made my day. I think her name was Amanda. She had blonde hair and a big smile. Tell her thank you
