Jeffery was at my home today. He was knowledgable, kind, and not pushy with sales. I appreciate a salesman that is also a tech and will be signing up with him. His ease and responsive attitude has won me over as a new customer!

Called Culligan to service a different brand RO system. Jeffrey was very helpful and easy to work with but replaced the main membrane filter with the wrong size so the RO system didn't work. After multiple visits and replacing the water spigot, I ordered the correct filter size from Lowes and my RO system works perfectly. It took a bit, but finally received a refund for the filter that didn't fit initially.

I highly encourage anyone needing this service to call this company! I have never experienced such great customer service, ever! Jerry and Jeffrey are truly there for their customers!
