Basketball court, dance room, tables and chairs and a refreshment area. Great place to rent for large party. I was there for Sale Rogers Training Center 70th year Christmas party.

We go for volleyball practice. There are games in the large community area, TV's and tons of space to just hang out or work while your kids practice. Gym seating has outlets to charge electronics.

Very well-kept gym with helpful staff. For $5, the lifetime membership is a steal. Basketball courts are some of the better ones in the city. The small exercise room, with weight machines and treadmills, is a nice touch.

Fantastic facility. Whether you're looking to do some weight training, basketball, walking or some indoor jogging, you'll find the facility to be in excellent, tip-top condition. There's also a concession booth for some refreshment after a brisk workout. Overall, it's a great, fun place to go if you want to add healthy activities to your life...love it.

This is a place of ministry meets community. The equipment is well loved but, it works. There is ample opportunity to enjoy the facility as well as find moments of blessing as you work out, go to a class, or just plain have fun in a game of basketball. This is the place for those on a tight budget in need of somewhere to go for a good walk or work out.

Check out the Cube. For $5 you can have a life time membership. It offers a state of the art workout facility, walking track, two basketball courts and exercise classes for a small fee. Tai Chi and Karate are also offered for a small fee.

The workout center is small but has what you need to exercise. You absolutely can not beat the price. It is by far the best deal around.

The Cube (CRBC) is a community activity area that is busy most of the time. Basketball court is a big draw. Twice a week I take Tai Chi class there. Check it out.
